Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was the middle of a heat wave, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.
Perfect location for staying close to Heathrow at the end of our trip! The neighborhood is delightful, with beautiful canals and some really great restaurants a short walk away. The rooms were perfect for our family, and we were put in connecting rooms which was a delightful surprise.

AustraliaBreakfast is good but can be very, very busy. Tends to be lots a large tourists groups staying in the hotel which makes it difficult to get a table/use the facilities etc. Only one working elevator meant a lot of time spent waiting.

Nice location as part of a canal side development. Other side of the basin were some lovely restaurants and bars which were excellent. Good accessibility to buses and trains for access to central London. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially reception. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were welcoming and smoothly, quietly and efficiently topped up the buffet and cleared the tables etc. We had larger executive room with balcony overlooking the basin which was lovely to sit out on in the evening or after breakfast. Was a wedding on the first night but wernt affected by noise etc despite only being on the 1st floor above it. Nice bar and lounge seating area.which was great to come back to after a busy day out and about and could take our drinks up and sit out. Great place to stay for short London break!

Isaac was great when booking, the staff are always friendly and smiling. The manager Vicki is one of the best hotel managers we have met, thanks HI team.
