The room was not sound proof. We could hear the footsteps above and the cleaning staff in the middle of the night.

Unfortunately our room was rushed to be ready for check in, early check in not available. No towels provided which we had to request & no bedding provided for the sofa bed, so we had to request that too. The carpet was wet in areas, not sure why, perhaps had been cleaned & not dried out in time. The shower pressure was poor, not great.

The location, the breakfast, the foyer, smells lovely. Bright & modern, very clean entrance

Breakfast good choice just maybe look at a better way to keep the hot food warm as food was always slightly on the luke warm side.

Great position just outside the city centre but only a short walk in to town. Parking under hotel is good just a little tight. Team on site very helpful and friendly. Great conservatory bar outside area

Coffee machine was broken at breakfast but we were good with the alternative offers.

We could park in the hotel's garage (spots cannot be reserved but there were plenty in our case). Very friendly staff, clean room, albeit a bit on the small side (3 persons). Quiet neighborhood but still walking distance from the town center. There is a hotel bar which serves also food (we were too late, though).

The room was slightly smaller than anticipated, just one big chair and a small stool, different types of hot drinks like chocolate and herbal tea (not just tea and coffee). Only 1 bedside table. Bin near wardrobe, would have preferred it to be nearer to wall opposite. The people in the room next to us were very noisy and our inside door looked like it was a joining room to theirs.. Thankfully, it was locked.

All the staff, in particular those dealing with breakfast and at reception, were very friendly and helpful. The available bathroom facilities (including towels and soap) were good. A nice cooked breakfast (scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, baked beans) including different bread, fruit, pastries, pancakes, juice, water, and various hot drinks. The iron board, hangers in wardrobe and on the wall also extra pillows in the bedroom were also great to have use in the room.

Shower could have been cleaner... lots of hairs. Too many!

Good location to legoland. Easy check in. Food available all night. TV choices good. Towels and mugs...right count, didn't have to ask. Security measures in place i.e. lift would only go to floor with key card. Take away coffee at breakfast. Pancake machine a hit! Lift from parking to reception. Staff...pleasant.

The only downside was the upstairs occupants' footsteps or running about was disturbing our peaceful family time. Other than that, it was a wonderful overnight stay.

The family room was spacious. We really loved the shower room, it was spacious too. The room was spotless. And the staff are all welcoming and accommodating.
