I do not think anything could have been better. The staff were so friendly, helpful and pleasant. the room was great, the beds were comfy and the choice of pillows is great. We have stayed a few times with you and we intend to return.

Breakfast was very good as usual, having stayed before we knew what to expect. We were not disappointed. Plenty to choose from, if you went hungry then you were too fussy.

Air conditioning in rooms is not effective for summer temperatures, shower not great - low water pressure.

Staff are very friendly, rooms spotless, location is excellent for central Manchester. Breakfast is good, we were able to leave bags after check out with no issue. Great value to quality ratio. Would definitely stay here again if in Manchester!

Nothing I didn’t like, couldn’t have expected anymore from the hotel

For £60 a night with hot breakfast we couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a very short walk to the car park, the Arndale and the main centre of that part. Rooms were clean enough and comfortable. Lift up to the room, tv, tea & coffee station, hairdryer, big mirror, large shower with hair & body wash. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. WIFI code & breakfast times given at check in. Went down for breakfast asked about allergies which was excellent as I have a nut allergy. The breakfast was lovely, there was everything you could have wanted for a breakfast. Bacon, sausage, egg, tomatoes, toast, cereals, granola, fruit, fruit juices, tea & coffee from machines. Would definitely stay again especially for that price, some hotels near were double in price with no breakfast.

The mattress very uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. Although the breakfast was very good, the restaurant area was so small that on our last day we had to stand for quite a while as there was no available seats and tables so close that there was no room to squeeze between them. It would have been chaotic had there been a fire.

The tap on the sink was wobbly. At night sometimes it was a bit loud and you could hear others closing their doors.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect as it was a short walk away from car parking and AO arena.

Only double sized beds. King size are expected in hotels. The breakfast area in a morning was extremely busy with lots of dirty dishes that hadn’t been cleared away. Difficult in finding a table for breakfast and not enough space in between tables and chairs. Items on the cooked breakfast was repeatedly running out and had to wait to be replenished meaning the rest of your breakfast went cold.

Quite a delay (10 mins) waiting for bacon and sausages to be provided for breakfast. No plug sockets or usb ports beside beds for charging devices.

The room can hear noisy sound when someone talking in the corridor especially after 10:00 pm. The sofa bed is not really comfort.

The location of hotel is good. It is very near of city center and near by the shopping center.

At the breakfast,Dispenser pressure to pour for juices and water was so slow that u have to wait like a min if i m not not overstating. Otherwise breakfast was fresh. No disposable cups for coffee in case u have to leave early and cant grab coffee on the go.

Location great- near to oublic transport. City center on walking distance.Room and bathroom were clean.

The room wasn't entirely clean (I didn't mention it , maybe I should ) but there was a half eaten biscuit under the bedside unit ...it happens I guess And the green fire ext sign had fallen from it's mountings and was hanging down at eye lever...this was fixed but even the repair looks a tad Heath Robinson .

The location for me was perfect (Although I'm sure it's relative ) The staff were present and friendly and the bed was comfy .
