The room was very comfortable and clean, and as it was really warm weather I really appreciated the air conditioning. The breakfast was great and really filling as it was a buffet style. I would definitely stay again!

The access for my mum in a wheelchair and the amazing staff who were really helpful and friendly this was our 3rd stay here and will book again

The staff were absolutely brilliant like from start to finish! Christine justine nikki and jazz were outstanding and a credit to the hospitality sector. Made me feel very welcome and also give directions to where I needed without hassle as it's first time I've been to grimbsy and it won't be the last From Newcastle with love Cheers !

Smell of cannibis on 1st floor, not the hotels fault but the guests! Really strong. Have to pay for parking every time you need to leave.

Everything, comfy, clean, modern, location was great, staff were lovely! Breakfast was good.

The only issue for myself was the pillows need replacing , very hard and lumpy.

I’ve stayed at this property before, and always found it to be well managed , clean and the staff exceptional. The check in receptionist was brilliant as was the gentleman checking us out. An extra mention to the breakfast hostess, who was very helpful and kind to our family . Well done.

The floors in the rooms had a weird crinkling sound meaning you could hear those above moving around, but certainly not enough of a problem to not book.

It was a really good location, next door to station near enough to centre to walk. The building itself was light and airy, roomy open spaces with a designated smoking area. Dining area was clean, spacious and well manned.

The floor creaks, it's a bit annoying. Expensive parking 9 pounds a day. But if you leave the car park and then come back at night, you pay more than 9 pounds, plus the time you were there the first time.In the end we paid 13 pounds instead of 9, although there is cheaper parking nearby, it’s a pity we didn’t know.

Good location, around the city centre. Facilities and breakfast served is good. I arrived after midnight and the staff was exceptional, check in was smooth. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are mid-high range but the place is well maintained.

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't open the windows.

Loved the staff. Helped ful and friendly and made us feel our motorbikes would be safe. Food was perfect. Everything you needed wirh a smiling face of the server on duty. Room was beautiful and clean with working AC as definitely needed it after a long hot day riding the bikes. Shower was clean and worked along with towels. Tea and coffee facilities and extra when we asked. Plenty of space for our gear and a tv and plenty of plug sockets with usb slots too. Perfect 🥰

Booked a twin, but only 1 set of towels provided. Had to request a second set to be collected at reception.
