Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomJack was extremely helpful, and greeted us with a very warm welcome on arrival which just set the tone of our trip. On our last visit things didn't go to plan at the Hotel, the hotel asked us to give them a 2nd chance and we are so glad we did. They gave us a free room upgrade with complimentary items, and the staff couldnt have been nicer. We were down celebrating our engagement and the staff made this a memorable trip. We will be back. United KingdomI did not like the fact that I aske my room to be cleaned i know the cleaner had said the close at 4pm and its was quater to 4 she cleaned the room but did not restock the bathroom with fresh towels or toilet roll or clean the space. No complimentary water was available in the room. Apart from that I would recommend this hotel over again.

I like that even though checking is at 3pm you can leave your luggage at the hotel and go and explore with out worry and not have to carry it round with you. I will be returning and will be recommending it to family and friends. The location to the railway station is excellent and once in your room you can not hear any noise for the station or the tram stops. Overall experience was 10 /10.
