It didn’t it have a lift and I did request a room on the ground floor because I have mobility issues.The hotel did not receive the message from booking.com. The person on reception was very helpful she tried to find another room for me, but was not successful. However, she helped with my luggage and took them to the room on the lower ground floor.

Low staffing levels in reception bar area, made it difficult to get drinks etc. Confusion over closing time of bar in the evening, compounded by low staffing levels.

Breakfast was good, a large choice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is good, the girls enjoyed it. We liked dinner and the overall value for money was great! We will use it again x

The furniture sofas in the bar/dining area looked tired and needs replacing as not appealing to sit on.

Have stayed here many time before and know exactly what to expect (otherwise I wouldn’t come back). Breakfast has a very good choice of continental and cooked options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Some people were applying oil and waving hands in Swimming pool and inside sauna applying soap and following this using the pool . We felt very uncomfortable as such had to leave the pool .

Cleanliness of room , customer service and restaurant was excellent Cleaning staff were amazing and the room had enough toiletries and towels .

Just a small miscommunication, even though, requested a sofa bed and travel cot. There was no travel cot when I arrived, so I had to phone up reception and ask for one. The issue was fixed with no problems.

I love the fact that the establishment is dog friendly, although they do charge a small fee. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was no lift which was difficult for my elderly father. We also booked based on there being an EV charger in the car park. That didn't work which meant we had to find another one nearby before we could leave.

We were upgraded and our room was lovely. I really enjoyed the breakfast too.

The bathroom. I had booked an accessible room as my husband has many complex health issues including dementia. I have mobility problems but have to help my husband with all of his personal care. Having to climb into the bath to shower him was extremely difficult. As it was only a 1 night stay, I managed, but I would not be able to have a longer stay without having better accessible showering facilities.

I didn't eat at yhe hotel. The room was bright and clean. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming

Aircon in room was broken and the hotel knew this when accepting our booking but didn’t tell us. We only found out once we were in the room and they said “oh yeah some of the air con isn’t working”. Luckily they found us the last available twin room with aircon but to knowingly rent rooms with broken air con is wrong.

Very clean room with tea and coffee facilities. Good decent breakfast with plenty of selection of food. Good comfort beds. Very important is the excellent staff. Always there to help and support. Excellent.

No suitable plug by the bed for my husband's c-pap machine The sofa bed wasn't overly comfortable.

Value for money. Food choice was very good and friendly staff.
