Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The person on reception was very helpful she tried to find another room for me, but was not successful. However, she helped with my luggage and took them to the room on the lower ground floor.

United KingdomJust a small miscommunication, even though, requested a sofa bed and travel cot. There was no travel cot when I arrived, so I had to phone up reception and ask for one. The issue was fixed with no problems.
I love the fact that the establishment is dog friendly, although they do charge a small fee. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We were upgraded and our room was lovely. I really enjoyed the breakfast too.

United KingdomThe bathroom. I had booked an accessible room as my husband has many complex health issues including dementia. I have mobility problems but have to help my husband with all of his personal care. Having to climb into the bath to shower him was extremely difficult. As it was only a 1 night stay, I managed, but I would not be able to have a longer stay without having better accessible showering facilities.
I didn't eat at yhe hotel. The room was bright and clean. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming

We only found out once we were in the room and they said “oh yeah some of the air con isn’t working”. Luckily they found us the last available twin room with aircon but to knowingly rent rooms with broken air con is wrong.
