Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTotally unnecessary charge for Parking. It's not in a crowded city, but almost on a green site! Restaurant was good but an annoying 'automatic' charge of 12.5% as a Tip!! Called Discretionary on very small print once one has the Bill in ones hand. They seem to be counting on customers not wishing to make a scene - POOR business practice.
Qualty room and good restaurant, for both breakfast and dinner.

United KingdomThe double bed was extremely uncomfortable,very hard and everytime I turned over it was so loud. My son had the pull out sofa bed and it had a big dip in the middle and the mattress kept sinking down. Bathroom light flickered so bad and the bedroom window had a warning sticker on saying do not open for safety reasons which was no good in a heatwave or a fire!

United KingdomThe beds were absolutely awful. Extremely uncomfortable and also very squeaky. None of us had a good night's sleep on either the main bed or the sofa bed. Completely ruined the stay and very glad we only stayed for 1 night.
Huge suite with plenty of space. Nice bathroom. Huge modern TVs. Nespresso machine and a few pods included which was nice. Staff were very pleasant when we checked in.
