We stayed here for the Ford event and cannot recommend highly enough. Helpful staff, great room service, easy access to the event & easy parking. Clean, tidy & comfortable room with a great view of the track. (Unfortunately couldn’t afford the same room for the F1 but great to watch the driving experience cars)

Everything was just perfect. Excellent value for money. Staff were very patient and helpful at check-in despite me being too drunk after a music festival. I was not loud but reportedly could not remember my bank pin number. I do not remember this, but I sincerely hope this did not affect other residents. No weird smells like in most hotels. The place was impeccably clean. We were allowed to book breakfast at the last minute. The breakfast was really good and plenty. I have stayed in many more expensive hotels, including other hilton hotels, but this hotel's environment made us all feel posh. We tried rebooking for around the same time next year, but it was already fully booked. Which was not a surprise. I will be back!

Poor positioning of switch Price of desserts on menu - too expensive. Food was good. Coffee machine not working at breakfast. Always need 2 in a hotel.

The location. The bar balcony overlooked the pits and starting grid of the track. It was a clean and tidy hotel and our family room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The bar meals and drinks were reasonably priced and the food was delicious. It is very close to the Silverstone museum (well worth a visit).

United KingdomRoom service prices and quality of food. The quality of the room service food was terrible and incredibly expensive. The absolute worst we’ve ever experienced. What quality hotel serves cheap, sliced brown bread nowadays. The sandwiches were supposed to be chicken but you’d hardly know as there was so little in the soggy bread. The same horrible cheap sliced bread was served at breakfast.

Everything! Understated luxury & everything from welcome to leaving was beautifully done! Esp welcome & parting goody bags. The staff everywhere were brilliant. The bed & pillows were the best most comfy ever! Ad the bar balcony being overlooking the start finish line was just the best.

The experience of being on the track and getting to see the races going on whilst eating breakfast at the Box was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault it. I will 100% be back as we loved the experience and want to do it all again next year.
