Lovely room in the peripheral area of Stirling. We received a warm welcome by a nice lady from the staff. The room was bright, large, and more than comfortable for two people. The bathroom was clean and a simple breakfast was provided (tea, milk and biscuits). The area is quiet, 10min by car from the city center.

I'm used to a pitch black bedroom.... would be great to have a way to block the security light from coming through the wee window in the door. (Room 1) not a big issue as I had an eye mask.

The driveway into the property is very rough and manoeuvring to park is a bit challenging. The bedding provided on one of our beds was poorly fitted - but was easily exchanged by the proprietor.

Great location for our needs. Very quiet spot. The Brewers Fayre nearby made it easy to eat out if we wished.

Although there are blinds and a curtain on the window the door has a window in it directly outside so let a lot of light in , could of done with a towel rail in bathroom and an alternative to having to sit on the bed all the time

It was minimalistic. More hangers would have been nice as we stayed 3 nights. Also there is plenty of room to add some touches including a table in the bathroom as there is so much extra space even with the angled roof. We had no where to put our toiletries in the bathroom as the sink didn’t have counter space. A warming towel rack would have been appreciated. Since the location was outside the main city of Stirling, a mini fridge would definitely enhance the stay to store a few items that you can’t just walk to.

It was in general very good, but the shower “exploded” in the middle of the night and had to be repaired the night before waking up early to go to the airport.

The actual place was not very well signposted and difficult to find. The access road to the Lets was very uneven and bumpy. There was only one water glass in the room for two people. The lady at the lets office was very nice and gave us 2 wine glasses. The seating was scarce [2 odd seats] and one was very hard. the tv was very small and really only watchable from the bed. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate and got very hot at times, not good for kids.

The place was very clean, the bed was very clean and comfortable and the room was a decent size. The gardens outside the Lets was very well kept and a good show of plants [the outside table could do with a coat of wood stain and be levelled up a bit better]. It was very close to a local Premier Inn for food. I is a good base for Stirling/Falkirk and Trossachs etc

Lovely accommodation. Really comfortable and clean, tea coffee and biscuits and a couple little chocolate treats too! Great directions sent and felt welcomed. Easy access to all major routes while relaxing and rural.

My only gripe would be that the entrance to the drive is very dark at night.apart from that.all ok.

Not something I dont like, its just making it perfect for longer stay if it has small kitchen or cooking area. However I was just staying for a night just a transit from north to go down, so its no problem.

Its easy to find, clean room and good facilities for a short stay. Communiation was clear and easy. Hustle free for checking in and checking out.
