Very clean , spacious , Modern , All the facilities that we needed

Perhaps some form of info re the outer door leading to suites 1 & 2. On our arrival it was locked thus we left it so. Apparently we were wrong & was advised it was a fire exit door. That being the case why were we given a key? We're sorry our neighbours got upset. On the other hand better instruction would stop this occurring again.

Immaculate suite with everything and more included to make a short break comfortable and relaxing. Everything was to a much higher standard than anticipated and the value for money was incredible. Would absolutely recommend.

Some minor cleanliness issues - quite a few cobwebs, one long hair in kitchen sink, smears on windows. Toilet seat was too small for the toilet so didn’t fit properly. Missing chopping board in kitchen.

We stayed for two nights in the York suite. Furniture and decorating all beautiful and great quality. The bed was the most comfortable bed and my husband and I both said was the best 2 nights sleep we’ve ever had! Bathroom was stunning, large bath and shower with waterfall taps plus towels and toiletries. Location was great with lovely views. Kitchen modern was well equipped and oven was very clean - also loved the breakfast bar. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Only one plate in the cupboard for our lunch of sandwiches, I feel the cleaners should have noticed this, not a big issue but an issue all the same .

Great views, very clean and comfortable and well appointed, felt very secure too. Would love to re visit.

Bed was a little soft for my liking.

We met the care taker and he helped us up to our room. Told us where all the surrounding services were and pointed us in the direction of all the good places to eat. Such a lovely man.

Great location, lovely room and facilities, found parking very easy. Communicated via message to make a change to my stay and they were very accommodating, would definitely come back!

Only issue we had was the shower being so close to the bathroom door, didn’t spoil our stay but were worried about getting the living room carpet wet!

The suites were perfect, plenty of room and had everything we needed for our stay, spotless!

Parking a bit difficult. As I am small I could not reach items on top shelf of cupboards in kitchenette.

Very handy for the wedding we attended. Excellent instructions for access. Plenty of drink sachets. Clean.

A fun or window open could’ve been good as there was not fun and you cant open window so we struggle a bit in the night. Again frezeer was frozen full of ice

Can’t think of anything not to like.

Easy access, beautiful room with lots of original features. I felt like it had a lot more personality than a hotel. Breakfast was wonderful too in the cafe

We found the mattress on the bed to be quite uncomfortable with a large 'dip' on one side which meant as a couple we ended up sleeping at seperate ends of the bed. Unfortunately the room next door was playing very loud music and at 4am my husband did get up and ask them to turn it down/off. Sound proofing between the rooms probably not the best. Shower lovely and hot but water did spill on the floor due to an 'open' door system.

The room was lovely, very warm and welcoming and spotlessley clean. Lovely large clean bath towels and toiletries provided. Great supporting items i.e. hairdryer, fridge, kettle etc. Lighting really good and a good number of sockets. Bedding lovely and soft and clean and room had lovely character. Despite being high up in the building and a stormy night the room was warm and free from draughts, great views from the window.

That’s a hard one to answer. I suppose I would say that the instructions or description could include the headrest supermarket from which to get things like milk etc. (although it’s provided in sachets) for making your morning drink etc. I hadn’t spotted there was a kitchen so I didn’t think to bring my own coffee etc. which I will do next time!

Simple instructions and the physical experience was identical to the instructions. Couldn’t be simpler to follow to be honest. Gives reassurance when you’re in an unfamiliar location and this in itself ensures you would return.
