Stayed fir 2 nights. Family room was spotless. Mini fridge with water and milk which was a great help. Beds very comfortable. Definitely stay again although my grandchildren may have us barred

Wayne and Lisa were amazing from the first day of arrival. They made us feel super welcome and had lots of recommendations where to eat etc. The rooms are lovely and clean and it is in a great location. Would definitely recommend staying here to anybody. Thanks so much we had a lovely stay 😊

Some mould on the shower grout.

I booked 3 rooms to fit my family - two doubles and a large family room. All rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The family room was the best we've seen in the area. The children ages 2 and 6 were happy. The fresh milk and bottles of water in the mini fridge was a nice touch. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Overall it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay again!

The room was lovely, very clean really thick and fluffy bath towels bed was amazing slept very well really comfy, tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits , shampoo conditioner and shower gel supplied as well, hosts were lovely really welcoming couldn't fault the place at all and very central for everything 10/10 from us xx

Some bits and pieces were a bit dated and could do with a refresh e.g. bathroom and shower, TV in room - not huge issues, still passable. The room did get quite warm especially at night with the windows still open. A fan is provided, which helped but it can be a little stuffy and uncomfortable.

Really pleasant stay, good location for most Blackpool attractions and transport, staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us, and made arrangements for when they weren't on site. There were times when there wasn't staff around but a phone number was provided and they were easy to contact. Bed was really comfy, room was small but functional as a base for two. Had a family-run, traditional vibe which was nice when Blackpool is full of big name, commercial businesses. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something budget friendly in a good location.

Surrounding area not very nice.

Good location for all the main attractions but surrounding area was quite run down. Didn't always feel safe, especially later in evening. Room was clean, adequate. General facilities were all good.

Nothing. Hotel was the best!

The hotel was fantastic. The hosts Liz and Wayne and one of their daughters were absolutely brilliant and gave numerous tips where to eat and go etc. A great family ran hotel. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Very friendly hosts who always had time for a chat. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. The rooms had everything you needed and also a fan which is a bonus. En suite shower and toilet right down to towels, toilet roll, toiletries, fridge, tea and coffee, hairdryer plus plenty of storage and more. Plus luggage storage. The hotel is in a fantastic spot close to the promenade, cafe, shops and transport. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Blackpool Thank you for having us 😊 10 out of 10!

The internet hub was on the blink but we had mobile internet so no big deal.

Everyone was lovely and down to earth. The room was just as pictured and very clean. It was great having a mini fridge in the room and it was quiet as described. Very happy customers and would stay again in future.
