These are minor comments below, as I loved the place. Longer window for breakfasts especially on a weekend. 8.30am to 9.15am was designated breakfast window for guests, Suggest 8.30am to 10am on weekends, maybe 8am to 9.30am on weekdays. Alternatively, provision of an early or later breakfast on request the day before? Wardrobe was adequate for me, but may not be big enough for two people. However, plenty of drawer space in my room.

Great location, beautiful building and decor inside. Room was very comfortable and clean. Room had minibar, as well as coffee / tea / hot drinks. Karl and team were friendly and excellent hosts. Breakfasts were of a very high standard and delicious. I would definitely come back when staying in Llandudno.

Fantastic location 2 mins walk from everything . Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Great choices for breakfast and delicious with not a spot of grease to be seen. Hosts extremely friendly.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Very clean and smelled lovely. Lots of little extra touches like mini fridge with fresh milk, fantastic hot and freshly cooked breakfast. Even a pillow in the bath!

Breakfast was brilliant, never had so much choice and quality, the room was stylish and exceptionally clean, the hosts had thought of everything , from the mini bar, to shower cap .

Everything..location and off street parking was excellent. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Both hosts were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with our short stay at Haversham House. Da iawn 👍

What a gem of a find. Haversham house has been restored and furnished impeccably. Lee and Karl were the perfect hosts. Our room was stylish and comfortable and equipped with everything you need from a iron and ironing board to a fridge with a mini bar ( additional cost applicable for drinks and snacks) fresh milk and bottled water ate complementary though. It was spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast was excellent & probably the best we’ve had at a B&B

Nothing negative to say about Haversham House.

The property is stylish and immaculately clean. The breakfasts are outstandingly well cooked and the beds wonderfully comfortable. The hosts are extremely friendly and full of useful local knowledge and recommendations. The property is centrally located with many attractions and great restaurants within easy walking distance.
