The property was much better than anticipated. It was clean, modern, and suitable for our family trip. It was further from a tram stop than I’d expected but really not a problem as it’s still only a 5 minute walk! The view was great from the flat and it had everything we needed. I especially liked that the management had provided little touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, amenities to wash clothes and dishes. Genuinely a great stay!!

There is nothing not to like about it everything was great..

In a very peaceful location away from the buzz of heavy tourist places and yet still not far away from old town.. old town is just 20 mins drive away and is walking distance from tram stationand bus station.. very close to some of the rally good places to walk near the sea shore... there is also a grocery store walking distance from the hotel... The apartment is fully equipped with all facilities and amenities.. The staff is also great and really helpful i forgot my glasses in the apartment abs the staff prepared a parcel for the delivery guy and helped me to ship it back to london... Highly recommend anyone visiting Edinburgh to book the property of you want to stay away from the buzz of heavily tourist places..

Perhaps the night light can be less bright but stay on for a wee bit longer. We agree with previous reviews about the fact that the doors will not stay open. If it is for fire safety, it is odd that hotels and other apartments seem to be able to circumvent this problem.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We really appreciate being able to leave our bags with reception during office hours before check-in. We were even offered the option of having them deliver our bags to our apartment if we didn't get back before they closed. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. We did not really cook for our short stay but we saw dishes, pots and pans which seemed adequate for self-catering. Public transport was convenient, and there were a few good restaurants within walking distance. The view was mixed, a working port with cranes and storage as well as the Edinburgh castle in the distance and the Royal Yacht and cruise ships in the vicinity. It looks quite lovely at night. I would highly recommend it for longer stays as well as for families who need the extra space.

Excessive email communication, requiring deposit. Only 2 dishwasher tablets despite staying 3 nights.

Spacious, clean, we had amazing view from 4th floor to the cruise ship and the Royal Yacht. The dishwasher and washing machine were also useful. The kitchen is a bit old, but fully equipped.

The main downside was the price—it felt a bit high for what was offered. Also, the check-out time was quite early at 10:00 AM, and extending even by one hour came with an extra charge.

very clean apartment that was perfect for our family. The neighbourhood felt quiet and safe, which gave us peace of mind, especially with children. While the location is about 20 minutes from the city centre, getting around was easy using Uber, though each round trip cost around £25–£30. The apartment was well-equipped and had nearly everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small inconvenience was the lack of kitchen and regular tissues, which we had to purchase separately.
