Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was a bit small, no window other than a Velux in the bathroom roof with a class panel to the bedroom for natural light, some of the fittings etc were the cheapest on the market i.e. toilet seat cheap plastic, bedside tables very lightweight and cheap. we saw other rooms and they were far superior. We get the feeling that Booking.com do not get the better rooms in some situations, this being one.

Right in the harbour but very difficult to find a parking space when we arrived mid afternoon but okay later.

United KingdomJust a small thing-the toilet roll holder just needed tightening -it was coming away at the wall a little. The property is so popular I imagine theres little time in between bookings but for a property of that calibre -its good to just check on everything a little more in between arrivals/departures.
We were upgraded on arrival and booking in was easy and the staff were friendly and really helpful/informative, The breakfast was of superb quality each day. Plenty of variety and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service from Molly and Cameron.

United KingdomWe understand that accommodation is at a premium in Tobermory, especially at short notice in summer as per our booking. The accommodation cost did seem a little steep for a room with shared facilities.
The location on the waterfront was ideal. The views out the window were excellent. There was a generous welcome basket in the double room.

United KingdomThis room was comfortable but had no window. The room had an exhaust fan for air circulation which was noisy and since the room door is fire-rated it allows no air in. So I had to leave the door ajar by a centimetre to allow some fresh air into the room. Everything was very neat and clean and a lovely welcome package. The towels and bathrobe supplied were handy since the bathroom was downstairs.

AustraliaI know the cost of holiday accommodation has gone through the roof, this is another example of a very simple comfortable room with all amenities at a rediculous cost. A truly forgettable room except for the location within this gorgeous village.
Staff fantastic, especially Sophie who was proactive in contacting us prior to arrival to confirm all arrangements and covered off with an extensive email list to ensure for a very comfortable stay, which we had. Loved Tobermory as the Location of the accommodation is terrific in Tobermory, close to everything. Breakfast is included in the rate and this accommodation is owned by the Hotel, so meals are easily organised.
