The most delicious breakfast with a wide menu choice. Served to you personally by Karen with a very friendly professional manner. The food was top class. Even home made bread. We ordered a packed lunch for our days outing which was really great too. In our room when we arrived we had some delicious home made goodies waiting for us provided by Lotties bakes. Absolutely delicious. Charlotte and Karen are excellent hosts. There were guests there which gad previously visited. So this proves that they gave a good reputation.

Great location for walking straight from the door. The breakfast was amazing with the highest quality local produce, all cooked to perfection by Charlotte. Lots of local knowledge passed on by Charlotte and Karen on where to go. Will definitely be returning.

Full English was superb..location was quiet in a cul-de-sac so no through traffic. Couldn't have wished for a nicer place . I have stayed in Goathland for over 25 years and this guest house is up with the 👌.

The location was perfect being at the quieter end of the village, but still very close to all amenities. Charlotte and Karen were the perfect hosts and there was something for everyone on the breakfast menu.

Everything!! Charlotte and Karen are super hosts. From having an excellent room with great views of Goathland , breakfast was exceptional and tasty homemade treats left in the room with plenty of hot drinks to choose from. Charlotte and Karen are fantastic hosts. The dog friendly room has a small table where you can have your breakfast if you don't want to leave your dog in the car.The breakfast is excellent quality to see you through the day. Room is warm and comfy, ideal property for a stay over in wonderful Goathland.

Charlotte and Karen were brilliant hosts! Our stay at Halmer Grange was very clean, lovely room, comfortable beds and the breakfast menu was delicious. The homemade treats in the room were such an amazing touch - we will definitely be back to stay at Halmer Grange

The hosts are amazing and so accommodating, room was clean and so homely. The cooked breakfast was freshly cooked, and their homemade bread was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be booking with them again in the summer.

Nothing could have been better..it was perfect for our short stay away

The location was perfect.The room and en suite were both of a very good size and the owners were very helpful and friendly.The Yorkshire breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of extra tea/coffee and toast available.The fresh milk and cake in our room was very much appreciated.

I had a freshly decorated, large comfortable warm room with a very comfortable bed. Generous hospitality tray with fresh milk and welcoming home made cake. Powerful shower. There is lots of choice on the breakfast menu with ample servings. Friendly helpful hosts.
