Location if you like quiet then this is for you ,very cosy nice log fire own parking space, be aware this is an old building and the stairs are very steep. It felt very warm in there not having many heaters on

Someone was letting there dogs use the parking space a a dog toilet

Fridge freezer compartment broken. Stairs dangerous. Twin bedroom exit onto stairs very dangerous. No WiFi and no phone connection. Needs to be advertised as not suitable for elderly, disabled or young children. Owners did not respond to our message for over 48hours. Low door over step down where we bumped our heads , most of these complaints are already highlighted in the quest book. Obviously also been ignored.

A cozy cottage suitable for a short break. The kitchen is well equipped and there were nice little extras like tea and milk on arrival. Bathroom was large and clean although downstairs from the bedrooms. The bedrooms were lovely although the stairs to the twin room were 'interesting' (it's an older property so it's expected).

There was no wifi and the data signal was poor. Perfect if you want to get away completely but we ended up having to download Netflix to watch in the evening whilst the kids were in bed! Otherwise, all good.

Location. Character property with wood burner. Really well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom and shower. Lovely garden and view over the fields.

No WiFi and very little phone signal. It’s good to switch off but when you need a signal to get the key code off your emails or check things online for a day out it’s not so good!

Lovely quiet location in a great position for Sheringham and Cromer plus other tourist attractions. We were left some milk and tea/coffee which was nice. Bathroom is has an excellent shower.

No Wi-Fi or phone signal so we couldn’t organise meeting up with family staying elsewhere. Cottage is very low in places with steep stairs so if you are over six foot tall think carefully before booking.

Really lovely setting, nice little cottage. Kitchen was well equipped. Great base for walking. Nice to have the log burner in the evenings.

Couple of very low door frames so just beware also steep stairs…this is not a criticism as is expected in old cottages. We found the small bedroom to be damp but have to say when we stayed the weather was exceptionally cold and wet. Struggled to book our dog in on this site so I had to pay the owner direct which was a pain. Would also benefit with a light outside the back door.

Clean and equipped to a high standard. Lovely location.

No Wi-Fi. It didn’t say there was WiFi in the description but we just assumed there was. No or little phone signal either.

Location close to fields and would have been an interesting place to stay EXCEPT for no wifi and NO Phone signal!!!

No wifi! No phone signal! But lots of rules, like take your outdoor shoes off and use the slippers you were supposed to have brought but didn't get told to bring!!!
