We visited to attend a wedding and arrived a day early to spend some quality family time together. Dawn was a wonderful hostess and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were absolutely stunning. We had arranged a late check-out, which worked perfectly as our next accommodation wasn’t ready until later. The location was very convenient—just a short walk from the train station. In the evening, we walked to a nearby curry house, which was excellent and definitely worth recommending. The next morning, we enjoyed a full breakfast with plenty of choices, all of which were delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I would happily recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

Came up for my moms wedding. The location was perfect as it was just round the corner from Gretna Hall Hotel where they were staying. The breakfast was very filling, and the host was lovely. Would definitely recommend this guest house

Dawn was a wonderful host! We arrived quite late in the day and she recommended some good dinner options for us. Our room was lovely and even had a lounge which was great! Breakfast was delicious and very generous. The bed was very comfortable. Dawn had thought of everything, including chocolates and toothbrushes.
