Nothing could improve our experience. Our only disappointment was that we didn`t have time to experience the Cumbrian breakfast. This will definitely be addressed on our next visit.

A very warming welcome from the owner. The location, property, cleanliness and comfort was second to none. The attention to detail was evident both in the cottages and the surroundings. An added bonus was the complimentary breakfast cereals, savouries and fruit. I was staying in the area for work so the fast wi-fi was a great help to me. My wife came with me to explore the surrounding areas whilst I was working. As the premises felt so comfortable and a home from home, she actually relaxed in the house and gardens during the day. This will now be our go to stay when in the Cumbria area.

Such a wonderful place to stay. We were warmly welcomed by Janette who quickly showed us around and made us feel very at home. The. apartment was so clean, comfy and well equipped. We even had fresh flowers. A Continental breakfast was left for us, also milk, tea, coffee , water, juice etc. Much appreciated. We had a relaxing time in lovely surroundings and will not look for anywhere else to stay. Our thanks to our hosts and we definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a more peaceful setting. The area was quiet and relaxing, located in a rural setting but also close to popular spots. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and cosy place to unwind.

Five Star Accommodation, spotlessly clean, spacious and warm throughout. Large comfortable bed, quality bedding. Excellent bathroom, large walk-in shower. Janette works hard to ensure her guests are happy, very professional and a lovely lady. Highly recommended we would stay again.

Amazing! We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. The property had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and lovely extra touches - continental breakfast and lovely toiletries. Perfect location for exploring the area. Large car park. I would 100% recommend this property and would love to return in the future
