There was only one very small thing which I think could he rectified. In room 1, there was a stain on the carpet behind the sofa; I'm sure with the appropriate treatment, it could be removed .

I rang a couple of times prior to arriving to clarify some things; Lia , the lady who answered my calls, was very helpful and pleasant. My friend left a coat behind and on arriving home I contacted Lia again by email ( as office phone line was closed, after 5pm ) and she contacted me back straight away informing me that the coat was with housekeeping and she would arrange with us for its postage back to us She was extremely helpful . There was plenty of tea , coffee , hot chocolate, and milk on the tea tray, and my request for the king bed to be made up as twin beds was done. The beds were very comfortable too. All in all , a lovely stay for one night.

It could offer more parking spaces. Not very friendly or helpful when we asked The cleaners left the door open after cleaning exposing the risk of our laptop & belongings being stolen. That’s not good

The only downside was we asked for beds to be made up as twin, confirmed back by the host. But we were allocated a 'double'.

Only issue was the sound proofing. There was a difficult guest staying while we were there who woke us up at 6am with her constant noise.

No breakfast provided but you do get tea/coffee making facilities so porridge pots and cereal bars are an option. I would have expected things like complimentary water to be restocked when staying for more than one night with the price we payed.

My room was not an ensuite, although it has a private bathroom, this was not an ensuite. From what I could tell, all other rooms do have an ensuite bathroom.

As we were on the 2nd floor, the electric water pump was temporarily loud after using the plumbing.

The room (Vendale room) was separate to the rest of Grassington Lodge which meant our room was extremely quiet. The room was in the attic and so very cosy. The room was very clean and a fridge, toiletries and water were provided. The bath was perfect after long walks! It was centrally located and perfect for long walks in the dales. Although we didn't see any staff, we were sent lots of check in and check out information prior to our booking.

Large towel rail was on full blast for the first night which made the whole apartment very hot, as it couldnt be turned off. The next morning, the owners were notified and switched it off which made the second night far more comfortable.

Just round the corner from main square. We had one of the 2 rooms in a separate block ( Vendale) which is a loft conversion - nice room.
