Pillows and mattresses differed in comfort level.

The rooms were great and the facilities were top quality.

The only thing was no grass for the dog, but lots of access to walks around about the house

Minor issue of the shower doors upstairs don’t fully close over but nothing that spoiled the experience

Lovely spacious home, home from home, lots of personal touches, cosy house. Enclosed garden and plenty room to park. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Lots of walks nearby. A great stay for our family.

Garden a bit small but a minor niggle.

Great location, quiet but close to amenities. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for grandparents, kids and dog!

There wasn't anything about the property we didn't like, our only disappointment was with the difficulty eating out; compared to other towns places felt more booked-up, so we'd advise future visitors to book in advance for the first night if you want to eat out! We had great burgers at The Balavoulin, and amazing black garlic pork at The Winking Owl (both recommended).

The house felt recently largely refurbished to a high standard with very comfortable furniture and facilities, with a well-equipped laundray room (we did use the boot warmers!). We liked the separate sitting area next to the kitchen diner as well, and the sauna was a bonus although a bit of a squeeze even for 2. Parking was easy with plenty of space, and the neighbourhood was quiet. It rained so much we didn't get a chance to use it, but there was a lovely little courtyard garden out the back as well.

I honestly can't fault this property, we had everything we needed and the space required to meet everyone's needs

Key box, code emailed in a timely way before arrival. The house is very clean and well appointed with everything you need, down to coffee, tea, salt and pepper available. We don't have a dog-but, blankets, treats and poo bags available in the house. I would also recommend this house to people travelling with older relatives. My mum used the downstairs bedroom with access to a bathroom, this made a difference for her. As well as the living room, there is a family area leading to an outside space. This was fantastic for my autistic teen. She could sit there, use her laptop and have her own space even though she was sharing a bedroom. Short walk to the bus stop that would take you into Aviemore. A fantastic base for exploring the Highlands!

Couldn't find instructions for the sauna and there could have been more and larger bath towels but all very minor points from what was a fabulous stay.

Perfect size and layout for our needs with 6 adults and two young babies. Having the utility room was great for buggies, boots etc and perfect little outdoor seating space. House was well stocked with everything you need and there is ample parking for 3 cars. Communication with the host was friendly and efficient. Location ideal as only a 10 min walk to the start of the pubs and shops. Would absolutely come back!

Beautiful home, certainly felt like a home from home, had everything you could need, extremely central, within easy walking to town centre. Would highly recommend, we have been travelling to Aviemore every year for more than 10 years now and have to say this was the nicest rental we have stayed in.

Only a few minor things… The number/name of the house could be more prominent to help find the exact property on the street. Took a few minutes to find the key box on arrival. Decking in back garden was a bit slippery when it’s been raining.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, good location. Well equipped with some nice touches.

didn't seem to have a shaving socket which, while not dire was a little surprising and inconvenient. Also, we couldn't find instructions for the sauna - easy to work etc but would have been better if promised guidance was available. Upstairs toilet seat was loose, we hand tightened it which worked for a while. There are three sets of slightly different instructions for recycling rubbish in the house, this could be tidied up. The above were all minor issues, it would be better if they were sorted, but they didn't impact on our enjoyment of the property.
