We found no faults at all with the accommodation

Our stay at Gramarvin was faultless. The owner welcomed us, and was always available if needed. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and absolutely spotless, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The continental breakfast was generous and of good quality, and having it served in the room suited us very well. Lastly, the view from the room was outstanding!

Only down-side was access via steep steps and slopes to front door & handrail only on lower and upper flight of steps. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues or shortness of breath on exertion! Then staircase up to room.

Friendly welcome from Mary. Beautiful views over Oban to Kerrera and Mull. Clean & comfortable room. Delicious breakfast.

There was not anything to dislike about the property. The hosts Mary and Joe were friendly and helpful. Always found time to chat. Yes you had to walk uphill to get to the property and yes there was quite a few stairs at the property but we were aware of that at the time of booking. The view from the window was worth the climb.

The room and bathroom were both beautiful, immaculate and well presented. The view from our room was amazing. We had a gorgeous window seat that we sat on each evening just watching the view, boats and ferries, very peaceful.

This is a wonderful location for exploring Oban and the surrounding isles. We had an amazing view, great breakfasts, and the most welcoming of hosts.

Was a lovely comfortable room with fab views over the bay. Mary was very welcoming, and the location was great. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and delivered to our room in the morning.

I have to admit that the hill climb AND the many stairs required to get to the room were a bit challenging!

Mary was a wonderful hostess and made effort to help us with packaging up our breakfasts for the days we had early tours.

Nothing. We would recommend taking only an overnight bag in due to the steps up to the property but the view from the bedroom window compensates for that.

The house is located on the hillside so you need a degree of fitness to access it.

There was NOTHING we didn't like. It was perfect.

Mary, the proprietor could not have been more friendly or accommodating. We requested a take-away breakfast on Day Two of our stay. She supplied us with enough food for two breakfasts for two days! The room/bathroom was immaculately clean. The view of the Oban harbor was spectacular.

There was nothing i didn't like.

Breakfast served in the room was perfect. I felt 8.30 was a bit early for me personally for breakfast, we asked for this to be a bit later and this was not a problem. We loved to come back after our day out and chill in the room with a glass of wine with the most spectacular views over Oban and the Islands..

I didn't like that I was only one night in the BB

Incredible BB. Owners truly didn't leave any stone unturned so that guests experience an unforgettable stay. Linens, towels, bed, shampoos, lotion, and of course the breakfast is 10 stars.

The room Emaculate, spacious, views fantastic, room well equipped with everything you need, fresh milk for coffee etc instead of UHT pots lovely breakfast brought to your room every morning host was always there for assistance or queries This B&B has so much attention to detail and so many extra above. That no other establishment even thinks off.

Property is very high on a hill so but of a hike and lots of stairs for those less mobile.

Big modern room with quality bedding and furnishings, spotlessly clean, warm and a super breakfast tray with warm toast, croissants granola yoghurt fresh fruit cheese & biscuits cereal bar and juice. Fridge with milk for tea making. Great shower, wonderful place to stay.
