An excellent place to stay. Liz and Chris are great hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was very good and the location is spot on. Would recommend.

Great location within a 5 min walk to Keswick town centre. B&B was clean and inviting. Good size room with Mountain View’s. Lovely nice touches with home made shortbread, coffee & fresh milk. Tasty breakfast with good choice of selection. Drying room available for guests and was much needed thanks to our British weather. Would stay here again.

We felt that although the room was spotless and the beds were super comfortable the room and bathroom were a little small. As I was with my sister it didn't spoil our stay at all but wouldn't stay in that room again - it was a twin and the only twin they have so we didn't have any choice but to stay in this room.

Fabulous location super clean lovely hosts who were very knowledgeable about the area. We were made very welcome from the minute we arrived. Breakfast was great too with quality products and great presentation. I would definitely stay there again however in a different room.

Scratched around for something to say here in case anyone thinks I’m a blind groupy (I could become an unblind one given time) and all I could come up was …. it would be useful to have a box of tissues in the rooms.

Lovely house with real attention to detail, scrupulously clean and comfortable and excellent breakfasts. But what makes this a stand-out place to stay are the Hosts, Liz & Chris. Most places are pleasant but you sort of know you are no more than a means to a living - Liz & Chris treat you like a real person. Their judgement is excellent on all those moment by moment responses - like where to be drawn in to a conversational opening and where to pull back to give privacy. They name each guest from the beginning and their care and interest is genuine. They unfussily go the extra mile. I will certainly be back when I need accommodation in Keswick.

Liz and Chris were excellent hosts,very friendly and welcoming. Liz went out of her way to make sure that my lovely cooked breakfast was cooked separately to ensure no cross contamination, as someone with coeliac this was very much appreciated. The room was very cosy, comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Very friendly and hospitable hosts. The single room was comfortable, spotless and smelt lovely. Bathroom a little tight so maybe choose a different room if you need a bit more space, but extremely clean and comfortable.

I ordered sourdough with avocado, poached egg and bacon for breakfast. The sourdough was homemade and could not have been fresher. Attention to detail was excellent throughout our stay and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The free cake on a Saturday was delicious and the drying room was very helpful after wet days on the fells.

Liz and Chris were great hosts , went out of their way to make sure our stay was special . The house was spotless , and so tastefully decorated throughout. Very comfortable beds , and a great breakfast . Nothing was too much trouble , if in the area we will definitely be back .

There was nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was your choice and booked the evening before which was brilliant. All cooked fresh and had home made biscuits in the room. I came on a solo trip to meet a friend and the single room was perfect for one and was nice and warm and bed very comfortable. The owners were really nice and welcoming and will book again and it so central and easy. I am looking forward to planning my next stay already

Only thing was that, as I am a bit on the big side the shower was cramped. This however is not the fault of the owners, it was just logistics. It will not stop me from staying here again
