Had been a hot day, went into the conservatory restaurant for an evening meal and it was very warm - none of the windows had been opened or the fans working to cool the place down.

Great location next to the beach, nice spacious room, on site parking, staff were pleasant and friendly. Good breakfast.

The Golf View is my go to place. The conservatory restaurant with its panoramic views over the Moray Firth never tires. Fantastic Spa and generous sized rooms, with well dressed, mannerly friendly staff nowhere else beats it in Nairn.

Somewhat expensive, which raises a question mark regarding value for money. This would make me think carefully about visiting again.

The tap in the bath didn’t work would have taken forever to fill. Also to walk to the spa you need to go through the Lou ge where people are having afternoon tea! A bit weird.

Beautiful location. The hotel is at the Beach front with spa facilities. Really nice room with amazing touches. Old fashioned radio and telephone to replica 60s really nice. Copper deep bath and fabulous spa facilities

Could not open windows . Pillows and beds not very comfortable . We arrived late letting the hotel know . Could not get any food as kitchen closed .

Bar staff, except one, surly and unwelcoming. Reception desk staff were ok but could have been a little more exuberant. A la carte dinner meal was less than average, and certainly not worth the money.

Location was great, ambience also great. Breakfast staff were warm and welcoming.

Our bathroom was large, with a good shower, but water pressure was poor - and it took ages to become hot - maybe that was because we were on the third floor. The quality of the dinner items on the larger menu was disappointing.

Room huge and very well furnished. Breakfast good - excellent menu of cooked items, but a little limited so far as other items were concerned. Dinner menus a little confusing - two different menus - more limited one expensive (£49 for 2 courses). The larger menu had a good choice, but the items we chose were a little disappointing - e.g. the Prawn Cocktail and the chicken.

Brilliant location, room looked over the sea and the hotel is top class in all areas. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach and along the ocean is lovely. The restaurant is brilliant and the food so good. Had a great time and would book again for sure.

Breakfast was not the best- Compared to other Crerar hotels Very limited continental offering (1 or 2 cereals. Yoghurt. Pain au chocolate). Juices not replenished. No ham, cheese, croissants, granola etc Had to ask for toast. Lack of a breakfast manager made things a bit chaotic. Quality of cooked breakfast was great though. Bedrooms are comfortable and good bathrooms but could do with updating as are lagging behind similar hotels. Feather pillows and duvets would also be an improvement

The staff that served us were amazing (and run off their feet) but it felt like we were left waiting because they were under staffed.
