Just returned home from The Glenorleigh and honestly, what's not to love. Clean comfortable rooms, fantastic pool, and communal areas. Kelly makes you feel right at home. We couldn't fault anything. Short work into Torquay.

If it’s fully booked, can be hard to park in the carpark (only 6 spaces) but there’s the road next to it to park in for free which often has spaces.

Superb hidden gem, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, amazing swimming pool that my children really enjoyed swimming in, can do a dusk swim if you wish

I wish I stayed longer!

From the get go Kelly (owner) was brilliant, we checked in later that the designated time due to a last minute booking and travel. Due to the time we missed out on dinner but she welcomed us in and recommended a great take which we shared. The place was clean and everyone was friendly, the pool was heated and the drinks were cold. Great little escape from reality. Kelly was the best host I have had at any hotel/bnb. I would highly recommend to anybody looking to stay here!

Very well run and organised by Kelly. Made me welcome from the first meeting at the door. Lovely and clean, superb pool and surrounds, and bar areas. Breakfast best yet in Torquay. Wi-Fi was great also, and free. 10 minutes good stroll to beach.

Lovely accommodation, nice rooms and it was a great location for us. Off street parking also available which was useful. Host Kelly very helpful and lovely to talk to, she has even kindly returned an item which we left by mistake.

Kelly is the best host! I was travelling for work at the hospital, so early mornings and late nights. She accommodated all of my needs for this. She has expert knowledge about the local area, and recommended lots of lovely restaurants for the evening. There is lots of living space for all to enjoy - so I had the benefit of using my work laptop in the main living area for extra space and comfort! There is a lovely bar area and garden too relax in too for down time. The whole place was so welcoming and homely - I couldn't have asked for more! I was very comfortable. The room was perfect with a spotlessly clean room and en suite. Tea making facilities in the room with plenty of milk ect. TV was great too! parking was great too - X4 spaces plus lots on the road. Kelly does great deals if you book directly with her!!

Kelly who owns the Glenoreleigh is amazing she can't do a nuff for the guests the breakfast was lovely and the rooms were very clean and the rest of the hotel.. BnB was spotless and the garden and swimming pool were well looked after well worth the price££ I payed lovely stay and very close to Torquay sea front 5 minutes walk i would volt this hotel.. BnB 10/10

Nothing major just the shower pressure was weak, its as light as a feather!

It's a clean and beautiful property. Host Kelly is very kind and friendly. We got a family room for us 5(2 adults, 2 kids and gran)with 2 separate rooms that gave everyone a sense of privacy. Comfortable beds and quiet nights helped us sleep well. Hotel has a heated pool which my kid loved. Breakfast served was very good. The whole staff is very sweet and helpful. Kelly let us eat in the dining room when we did a takeaway as we have 2 under 5s and couldn't manage to go out for dinner. Lot of shops at 5 min walking distance. Excellent base to explore famous Devon attractions

Best place with a great view, clean and spotless with beautiful swimming pool, yummy delicious breakfast. My kids enjoyed playing in the swimming pool. The perfect and tasty hot breakfast was served. Had the best room.for 5.

Everything. A hidden gem. Well run. Kelly, the owner, went over and above to ensure our stay was memorable. My grandkids kept saying that they loved the hotel, especially the pool.
