Fantastic hotel ran by fantastic couple. Breakfast was amazing, we are vegan and they catered for us amazingly. It is not too far to walk to the pier along the see front. Comfy bed and seating area. Definitely going back

It would be extremely happy to be able to live in Liz and Mark's house. They are very warm-hearted and treat us like friends. The house is decorated very carefully from the garden to the dining room and the rooms, and the breakfast is also very delicious.

Liz and Mark were fabulous hosts who made our stay at their hotel extra special. Mark's breakfasts were delicious and Liz made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location on the seafront with marvellous views. Parking was no issue. We plan to return next year!

Liz and Mark are excellent hosts, great local knowledge for things to do and places to eat. Breakfast was catered to each person and was delicious We had a room that had a sitting area, as we are 4 sisters on our annual trip we were able to sit and chat in comfort and hopefully didn’t annoy any other guests.

Location was great. Hotel was spotless and hosts were very attentive and went above and beyond for booking Meals, trips. We were so impressed we are going back with family in September. One of the best hotels we have stayed in Llandudno. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice.

We cannot think of anything to improve!

Glan Y Mor is a little Gem. Liz and Mark could not have made us more comfortable and welcome. The communications were first class and Mark rushed out to grab our bags and whisk them up to our very well appointed room almost before we were out of the car! Liz's attention to detail is outstanding: Fresh milk for tea in the bedroom, little treats, freshly cooked breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Mark is an expert breakfast chef, the poached eggs were perfect every time. The hotel is right on the front with panoramic sea views, easy walking distance of all attractions and plenty of parking. Good restaurants nearby and lots of helpful information from Liz. We cannot praise it too highly. It is superb value for money.

There is nothing to dislike.

A lovely warm greeting when we arrived. Liz had prepared a comprehensive folder full of useful information. The room was exceptional, so too was the dining room and Mark cooks a wonderful breakfast. The poached eggs were perfect. We felt at home, both were very good hosts, attentive and engaging. There are lots of good hotels and some are exceptional; this one is the latter. The attention to detail and thier interest in making sure we had an enjoyable stay was evident and welcoming. We will be back.

We loved everything about our stay, from the service prior our trip and the warm welcome we received from Liz on arrival , the room and the facilities were excellent, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean ,the hotel itself is unique very quirky we loved it, the breakfast was very tasty and the service throughout our stay was second to none Liz and Mark can't do enough for you nothing is too much trouble , i would definitely recommend it and we will certainly go back without a shadow of a doubt. I'm nitpicking here because our stay was near-perfect, but Easter weekend was a bit cold for this time of the year, and I wished the in-room heating had been switched on for longer periods. Wasn't a big deal though.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here over the Easter holidays and absolutely loved it. From the cozy room and hotel to the hearty breakfasts, and especially the warmth and friendliness of Liz and Mark - we had a great time throughout our stay. Massive thanks to the hosts for all the nice little touches wherever you looked, and the cute gifts and handwritten notes from arrival, through Easter Sunday as well as going away. The weather wasn't always at its greatest but being able to borrow some of the hotel's books and read up on fascinating local history and fun facts while cozied up in my sea-facing room made up for it.
