Tv remote doesn’t work properly

We had 4 or 5 very short power cuts on Saturday. The WiFi was poor.

The only down side we had was the restaurant on site was closed which was open last time we were here , but there was a shuttle bus which took us to the Murray Arms also owned by the Laggan and the food was fantastic along with a very welcoming atmosphere would definitely recommend it .

The property we stayed in “The Dock” was absolutely spotless with a beautiful view of the cove . The Dock had excellent little touches that made us feel special and the staff were really friendly and obliging.

The views alone made this snug worth a visit! It was so peaceful with I broken views across the bay. The rooms were lovely decorated and had all the basics you'd need for a stay including blankets for some stargazing which we managed one evening!

Rooms are spacious, private, clean and warm. The decor is lovely, with nice finishing touches. Fresh sweet treats, milk, water and ice left for us arriving. We got picked up to go to the Murray Arm for food (which was also brilliant) and dropped back off which was a really nice touch. Will 100% be back and would recommend to anyone

Plugs sockets difficult to access for charging purposes. A coffee machine would be nice.

Lovely snugs with a beautiful view to the sea. The snugs were very private and the hot tub was great to have too! All the staff were very nice and attentive.

It was a shame that the onsite restaurant was not open for evening meals.

We loved the view from our lovely chalet. Accommodation was perfect; clean, stylish and warm. The local area was beautiful and we enjoyed walking along the beach and visiting the local towns.

We arrived after dark and it took 30 mins of driving around to find our snug. I know you are in a dark sky area but would it have been too much, amongst the million emails you sent me, to have included a site map with the snug clearly marked, the exterior of the snug was poorly lit and difficult to see where I was walking. I do not recall reading in the info supplied that some snugs were quite a way from the road/parking. The curtains were falling off the rails so we didn't draw them. The fact that there were no staff anywhere on duty was not reassuring but fortunately we were only there for one night.

What breakfast? It would be so easy to leave a continental breakfast in the room. Imagine the bliss of sitting on the deck with that lovely view and enjoying breakfast. As it was we left early because we were hungry. Room was comfortable and well appointed, bed very good.

Fridge kept us awake. Would take ear plugs next time. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed. We had booked before the winter hours kicked in. Would book again when restaurant is open. No contact with staff. Some people would prefer this.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect! You’ll just need your own transport to get to property and surrounding areas because of the remoteness of location.

Everything. We stayed in ‘The Shore’ snug and the view of the sea and surrounding hills and fields was incredible. The room was light and fresh and the staff had included little touches that really made the experience special for when we arrived.

We had a lovely stay in the Meadow. Everything was as described. The hot tub was lovely, the bed was comfy and the views were amazing.
