Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe bed could have been more comfortable. Heavy duvet...no lighter options. Pillows a bit shabby. No option to open any window in bedroom. We like fresh air. Would have liked Breakfast included as an option. Asked for a wake up call on last morning but was not delivered. Very poor :o( Shame!

Excellent sized room, with kettle and tea/coffee (no biscuits though!). Had an iron and ironing board, haridryer, wine glasses and ice bucket and a comfy, good-sized bed. Great location for our family reunion on Bristol :)

CanadaThe shower is in need of repairs. The shower head is a mess and clogs up the water. Time for a descaling. The shower drain doesn’t drain well and the water builds up. You have to turn the water on, get wet, turn the water off, soap up, turn the water on and so on. Very silly. Not to mention the drain has gross slime that floats back up into the water touching your feet. Bed is done. This mattress needs to be replaced. Springs everywhere in my back and all sunken in. It was horrid. The TV is glitchy.
Great location and very easy to see the city staying so close to everything. Friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind and accommodating. Room was very clean. AC was perfect.

Comfortable bed. Good sized room. Amazing location for shopping. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We paid for the breakfast and there was plenty of it. A cooked choice, pastries, fruit, cereal and cold meats and cheese.
