We loved our stay at Four Acres, an absolutely gorgeous little Sheperds hut with a wood fired hot tub over looking the lake. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting, a perfect night away from it all. We can’t wait to go back.

Great location, very peaceful, beautiful views and the hot tub was very nice! Hut was stunning, very cute and had everything you need for a nights stay! Weather wasn't on our side but still made the most of it!

Perfect place for a little getaway! The location is beautiful surrounded by fields and a mini lake. The hot tub was a highlight and perfect to sit in while the sun goes down. There are menus from local takeaways who can deliver to you - Farina Pizza was delish! The hut itself is adorable and has everything you need. The little breakfast snack and drink provided is a bonus.

just had a gorgeous stay at the weekend with my partner. Shepherd's hut is just beautiful so peaceful. You have all you need for a relaxing night away. Kyle the owner messaged us to ensure everything was good for us. Can't recommend this place enough looking forward to coming back already!

The peaceful remote location was excellent to escape and forget the day to day lifestyle. A secluded pitch to which our dog could roam freely and safely. Plenty to do in the local area. We can't wait to find the time to get booked again.

Nothing everything was perfect

We had a great and relaxing stay at four acres farm, the communication with Kyle was great he had the hot tub lit for our stay and explained how to work it along with recommending pizza for takeaway, the hut was clean, comfortable and even extra logs provided for the fire which was appreciated, along with pastries, coffee and juice was a lovely touch. The hut opposite was empty which made it even more peaceful and relaxing views,we really enjoyed this stay and will definitely be back, thank you

Wasn’t stated upon booking that there are sheep in the field directly next to the cabin - our dog couldn’t settle outside at all due to the close proximity of them (only a couple of meters away). Also we thought the table and chairs could be removed from the hut as they’re not really needed and it did feel a little tight especially with a large dog and our luggage. Besides that we loved it.

Beautiful location, lovely cosy cabin, very quiet area. Great for couples and possibly a small dog.

The peace and tranquility of the place was amazing it was great to take time out from the hussle and bustle of life. Cleanliness was to a high standard and the hot tub and log fire was the highlight of the trip the place is amazing . Can not wait to return . The host were so friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this little haven.

Is I HAD to find a fault. I’d make the check in earlier to enjoy more sunlight in the winter months. Would suggest a midday check in and 9am check out.

Photos didn’t even do it justice. Went with my partner and puppy and it was honestly the best place we have stayed.
