Stayed in room on 1st floor at rear ...Very poor sound insulation from sash window & due to heavy rain in the night & a neighbours leaking drainpipe hitting the corrugated roof outside our window it kept us awake from 5am. Tiled floor in the shower room broken where the shower was & felt like it could go through at any time if stepped on.

Staff very friendly & helpful, evening meal very good, breakfast nice, bed comfortable, proximity to the river Thames good.

Only minus is the carpet that was not the nicest material to walk bare footed on. This can be remedied by using socks so maybe it's just my own issue and not the place itself :)

The pub and the area were very cozy and lovely! Historical feel with modern comforts. The staff was super accomodating and friendly during our whole stay. The bathrooms were nice. Food was great as well.

The tap was loose, water running on one of the walls , very wobbly floor, windows netted not to touch as it look like they are going to fell out , poor ventilation as I could smell in my room when someone went to toilet next door, dirty headboard ( shame). I left my charger there. Staff was kind but they did charged me 10£ for sending back to me and it wasn’t mine one. I wring the hotel then write an e- mail no problem resolved.

All good, it’s the corner of green and Thames Street. The directions don’t send you there. You can get free parking on green street

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The floors were a little out of kilter but this quirkiness added to the stay. They aligned themselves after a couple of beers!!

The door closer for the bedroom toilet slams shut so hard and fast that I caught my toes twice when it slammed shut. It is not a building regulation requirement to put closers on a bathroom so not sure why there is one on the bathroom door ??

Room was a good sized clean good facilities. Breakfast was not included but we choose to eat there and were very glad we did. Excellent food, large portions . £12 for full english with a hot drink included, good variety and all delicious.

I really don’t like it when a service charge is automatically included. Normally it’s 10% but the Flower Pot add 12.5% to every order. We ordered two breakfasts at £12 each and were staggered to get the bill for £35.44! We have never ordered a breakfast where a hot drink isn’t included. To be charged £8.44 for two small pots of tea (one cup) is ridiculous and also in a dirty cup!

Being a really old building they have no air con . And it was unfortunately one of the hottest nights . But that was my fault for not checking

That it was an old listed building in a lovely setting near the Thames river.

The room was very small, and quite dark. I thought it was not particularly good value for money. The picture of our room was also not one that was shown on the website of Booking.com.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. There was a well equipped coffee machine and kettle available for cups of tea. I asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet. A fan was available which we used throughout the night.

The steep, narrow staircase to get to the room could be a little tricky depending on your mobility.

The young lady at reception was so friendly and helpful! They accommodated my late check in on a Sunday night with such grace. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Perfect location for me as had a meeting next day.
