Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRoom description said 'seating area', which turned out to mean a single chair. It would have been fine although not really what we were expecting, but luckily they were able to move us to a room with a settee, which we were quite happy with.
Conveniently situated for our purposes, comfortable room, nice restaurant. Good value overall.

United KingdomThe breakfast that I paid £12.50 needs more improvement with being able to gain access to brown sauce with only one bottle up at the self service buffet . Please offer pastries that look more fresh than stale and about more selection on the fruit otherwise will look to get breakfast outside of Green king hotels in future .
Breakfast abit limited with selection of fruit only melon and raspberries that had been recently defrosted . The bread to toast was only brown and would have nice to have seen white bread . The breakfast of poached eggs with bacon tasted better than on presentation and the hollandaise looked terrible and tasted the same .

United KingdomThe food in the restaurant was average. A sharing Camembert started had sold out. Pie came with mash and two small pieces of broccoli, which we thought was a bit mean. Plenty of gravy which was good. Again, the staff were lovely.
Room was nice. Staff were lovely. Breakfast good, but I want feeling too good, so I only had toast. My husband enjoyed his full English.
