The Glamping pods are close to Ballycastle so easy to reach and provide a great view over the lake. The pods provide everything you need for a comfortable stay - and the owner provided lots of recommendations of what to do when in the area.

    Nothing.

It was comfortable and the location was fabulous, we saw a bunny rabbit, a flock of geese fly by and goats which my children loved.

Not something I disliked, but just a warning for people who are not used to the tiny Irish backroads: the road leading to the Pods is quite narrow ☺️

Fairhead Glamping Pods are one of the best accommodations I had on numerous travels to Ireland. Yes, the pods are tiny ☺️ - but that’s part of their charm… And they are so cozy, comfortable and thought through, that it’s just a pleasure to stay there. I was a little concerned they‘d be cold in nasty weather, but they stayed nice and warm despite the at times chilly weather conditions outside. And the location is unbeatable, if you like nature and quiet - you‘ll be surrounded by free roaming sheep/goats, can watch the geese and other birds land on the little lake, spot wild hares and deer, and set off to hiking trails all over Fairhead on foot. And the Causeway Coast landmarks are all reachable within a short 30 to max 45 min drive. Eoin and Frank are lovely hosts, always ready to help and making sure you really feel at home. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Incredible stay. So peaceful with stunning views. Watched the sun set from the front of the pod with a BBQ and a few beers. Pure bliss. 10mins from Ballycastle town centre and the beach. Host was really helpful and friendly. The pod itself was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. WiFi available and a wee fridge/freezer which was very handy. Can't wait to come back!
