We really love our stay, the only thing is that there weren’t shampoo and body wash. Furthermore, the door was a little bit noisy when you closed it, so it was easy to hear the other guest entering their rooms. Overall I would suggest in any case this accomodation

The b&b is located really close to the city centre of Oban and has a useful parking so you can move by feet. The room was clean and nice. It also had some local products to try and coffe and tee

    No hanging space for clothes.

Our room was lovely, comfortable and close to the centre of town. An allocated car space was a bonus. Breakfast was basic but fine for us, as we don’t eat much.

Only 2 parking spots which makes it tricky, however, there is parking close by. No staff on premises (didnt bother us though!)

Great location, clean, easy to check in, complimentary basic breakfast

The room was bright, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful when I left my charger behind the first time we stayed here. I emailed them and they left it in my room when we returned later that week. Breakfast was simple self-service but that was what we were expecting. A short walk from Oban train station and ferry to Mull.

Found the room a bit too warm. It would be good for the hotel to have the tea/coffee/milk in a separate container rather than having to tip them out of the cups before you could use them

Central to our needs. Clean and good facilities.

Room was very warm due to hot weather with no way of cooling down. The main front door banged loudly everytime anyone shut it, probably caused by the ripped door rubbers not allowing a soft closure. Must admit that this style of automated (no staff) isn't really to my taste.

The buffet style breakfast was basic but acceptable. Very clean and reasonably maintained . Close to town center but back far enough to be quiet.

No access to a sink which could fit our water bottles in the room and the breakfast area is only open 6-10am. Could barely fit the kettle in the bathroom sink to fill either. Not ideal after a hot day! Speaking of which, our blind had been left open with the sun coming through the window so the room was very warm when we arrived, and there was only a very small opening part so getting air in overnight was difficult.

Clean room, comfy bed. No staff to rate as it's all lockbox. Very powerful shower. Nice wee easy breakfast selection too.

A lot of steps and doors to get to the room. It was clean but there was stains on carpets and towels that was clearly cleaned/washed but probably not done professionally. They don't really reply if you write to them. You need to call.

It was close to the city center and they fulfilled our request regarding getting an extra dovet cover and two separate beds.

Access was up 6 steps from the carpark, then a high step into the building and through 3 doors. We were right by the front doors so could hear everybody coming and going. It was all quiet by 10pm though.

We stayed in the Iona room on the ground floor. Self check in went well, using the lockbox. The room was just big enough for all our luggage.we had a kettle, tea, coffee and sweet snacks. There was a large window in the room with potential fir people to see into the room. It was close to the waterfront and to a supermarket. We got one of the 3 off-road carparks. Breakfast was adequate.

    Nothing

The b&b was very clean and right downtown. It made it super easy to walk around the town and get anything you needed. The place is sparsely decorated in a very modern style, which I think is a plus as it suits most tastes. They had thoughtful touches in the bedrooms with scottish treats. This was a very simple place to stay but really is exactly what you want from a property with a good price point. Excellent value for money and very clean!
