The loud music into the early hours, and full on domestic one night, screaming and shouting as well as music from the flat above, would put me off from going again, such a shame as it’s a great apartment

There was quite a bit of party noise from a neighbouring apartment, particularly on Friday night (Loud music until early morning) - we didn’t stay on Saturday night so not sure if this would have been the case all weekend. The bedroom was very warm at night (although we did stay in June), having a fan provided would be a nice extra.

Communication was very good, the apartment was easy to find, comfortable and well furnished. Having items included like shampoo, dishwasher tablets and salt/pepper was a nice bonus! The beds were very comfy as well. The view was fantastic, and we found the location very handy for the middle of Newquay.

The only downside is the hallway area is quite run down, but doesn’t make a difference to the apartment itself

2nd bathroom needed some TLC. Curtains very thin, woke up at 5.30am because of light.

The corridor leading to the apartment was a bit dodgy and run down. It smelt funky and was filthy. The rubbish, although initially separated in the apartment, was put in the same bin outside (so I don’t know if it’s recycled properly or not)

The apartment was great, well furnished and had everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable, both bathrooms were clean with adequate toiletries. The views were amazing and there was plenty of light coming in through the large windows.

The location was very good. It is just walking distance to go to the beach and even there is a balcony next to the sitting room which is the most fantastic place in this apartment. You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony so we were very glad that we had that balcony arrangement of the bed and kitchen was very good pets very comfortable kitchens are more than everything is fine. I will give 8 out of 10

It was spacious and was equipped with all the amenities. The location is convenient and worth for the price. Being pet friendly was a plus point.

Not a criticism because it's no one's fault but maybe take earplugs with you. The road is very busy and noisy when sleeping in the front bedroom

Great location although be aware of the steep hills in Newquay. If you're taking your pet dog with you there's a nice big grassy area opposite the road for their toilet needs. Fantastic views

If I'm being REALLY picky, shutting the door and opening it a to a degree. The latch is a little too far in the catch so makes a loud bang when pulling shut when you leave and a bang when opening. Not an issue to us, but I think of neighbours as well.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great being 6 minutes max from the main high street area and also only 10mins from being on the beach. Extra little bits like kitchen towel and recycling bags provided was a nice touch. Hoover onsite, we had our young staffy with us so made sure to hoover etc before we left, although she doesn't shed hair we felt better in ourselves being able to have a hoover before we left. Dog friendly (although I wouldn't let ours on the balcony as she could hop the admittedly high barrier). View was good looking across the buildings to the sea. Lots of space in the apartment, two nice showers, everything you may need in the kitchen etc Although on a hill, once you realise there are footpaths and alleyways the easy walk through two carparks to the centre, beach etc, becomes an even quicker direct route to pop out opposite Boots. Your own car parking space. Going out in the car and not worrying about parking when you get back makes a difference.
