Tv didn’t work properly We asked the staff to fix it and they really did try but said it was an internet problem It kept flickering and then just stopped completely

Everything looked new and it was spotless throughout Nice kitchen area with a few basics which was useful Really comfortable beds and great shower in bathroom Liked the terrace with seats to enjoy the sunshine

Aren't able to bring friends to the pool or gym facilities who aren't staying there but you can to your apartment and the restaurant etc

All of it was lovely, the apartment, it felt like you were on holiday in an exclusive little village. Somewhere to chill after the racing aswell which ain't just a bedroom.

The apartment had lovely facilities and very spacious for two people, we were provided with milk tea and coffee and the facilities and the restaurant were gorgeous with stunning views and lovely staff.

Drinks were very pricey and nothing special. Food was, too, but felt more worthy of the price tag.

All the staff were great and the location is pretty much what you hope for, especially if you get a trackside view! It was particularly quiet when we were there, which was just what we wanted, to be honest, as it was a romantic getaway for me and the wife's birthday. We pretty much had the rooftop bar and the pool to ourselves. Amazing! Rooms were immaculate, and the food was fantastic. This place will be incredible during an event!

Plenty of staff in the restaurant and bar but had to ask several times to order a drink! When checking in the welcome was superb, it all went downhill rapidly in the restaurant and bar areas where service was dismal

The staff in the restaurant their Pinnacle looks like there were cooking in the kitchen their uniform was not up to spec. The manager needs to address this before letting their staff serve at the tables. Still not enough choice regarding food late in the evening. There should be more choices that should have been available especially on a special occasion because we were celebrating my partner's birthday.

Everything about it the moment you check in especially with the staff very professional. The premises are very clean and it looks like it was just built. The grounds were extremely clean so was the swimming pool sauna and the Gym. Fine detail with the figurines was well thought about regarding the Deco amazing.. this really helped when you wanted to take selfies to remember the occasion. When we were dining in the restaurant the staff was very attentive and catered to all our needs as best as they could. Staff who were young and very keen to make sure everything went smoothly I did notice they were very enthusiastic to know whether or not we enjoyed our meal and if there was anything else we required 10 out 10.

Unfortunately had an electrical issue and couldn’t turn the lights off when we wanted to put our 8yo to bed and despite the reception teams best efforts it was 9.30 by the time they moved us. We were not offered any discount or compensation for the inconvenience which was significant as we were on route to Harry Potter Studios and she was very tired as a result the next day, which somewhat spoilt things.

Brand new, very nice upmarket decor and facilities, ideal for a family. Roof terrace was lovely.

The TV signal was a little iffy but I also couldn't cast from my tablet to the tv when I was relaxing in the evening. Would have been nicer to catch up on the F1 and watch a film on a decent sized screen compared to a small tablet.

Staff really made the trip amazing. They managed to get me table for dinner both nights at very short order. Everyone was very friendly and would make small talk comfortably. The roof terrace of the dual aspect, especially being in 30, gave great views of the surrounding area, the car park (great for car spotting) and was a relaxing place to sit. The one gentleman, who checked if a table was available, on the 2 days I was in the paddock and he was not actually working, he still made an effort. Said hello, chatted, even offered to help me meet some of the drivers. Took the time to just chat, along with his partner, just to make my day.
