Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

It was good to have access to ice machine as it was very hot and we had young child, it was good to have our drinks cold, fan was welcome too and room was quite we had plenty of towels ,we had busy day and Chester was busy and it was good to be able to rest in room and use the fan and have drinks and food in room. Breakfast was good staff were friendly and helpful at all times.It was good that on the day of check in they let us leave our suitcase as not everyone drives, we were grateful.

The location is perfect for a quick break in Chester. The breakfast was lovely. Staff were outstanding! Very helpful. .

Breakfast was good, some variation would have been nice. Tomatoes instead of beans, mushrooms instead of hash browns, black pudding, fried bread. Room was great, would have liked a fridge to keep my insulin in or drinks.

United KingdomIt was a little outside the centre of the city for older people without a car but the sightseeing bus was a wonderful alternative. However, I cannot comment how well it is serviced by local transport outside of the summer season.
The location right next to the Racecourse was lovely even though we were not there for the races. Staff, food & bedroom were all 1st class for the style of accommodation.
