Regarding the daily cleaning, we intentionally keep this service optional in an effort to support sustainability and respect our guests’ privacy. That said, our reception team is always happy to provide fresh towels or other essentials on request and a full daily clean can be arranged for an additional fee. Hi Cristina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm happy to see that you enjoyed our central location, and found your studio spacious and calm during the night. We try to minimise disposables as much as possible, so instead of kitchen paper, we provide tea towels and compostable dish sponges that are located inside the cupboard under the sink. Apologies if these ones were missing in your studio. That's correct, in our serviced apartments we offer a weekly cleaning on stays longer than 7 nights. We are happy to provide fresh towels and extra toiletries on request free of charge, or come in to take the rubbish as well. If you really want the studio to be deep cleaned on stays shorter than 7 nights, an extra charge applies. Please, don't hesitate to reach out to us at the front desk if there's anything you need.
