Location is good within walking distance from the town centre. The house is beautiful and very clean. Laura gave us a nice welcome and was helpful throughout. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking is available on premises too. Good breakfast available too with cooked and continental options too.

Everything was fine

Perfect location just a few steps from Ness Walk, with free parking. Laura is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful. Traditional English breakfast served in a lovely room next to the bedroom. TV with Netflix, very useful for children, and a fairly spacious room with a bathroom featuring a large shower.

Lovely bed and breakfast fairly central in Inverness city. Room was a good size with a lovely bathroom and double bed. Very clean. Host was absolutely lovely and very welcoming and breakfast was very nice too. Plenty private parking as well. I intend on staying here a lot when in Inverness for business.

Location excellent. Lovely walk to the river and city centre. Would have been better but for the weather. Breakfasts more than adequate and served on hot plates, which we don’t always get in other establishments. Extra toast and coffee if needed. We will definitely recommend. Many thanks for making our stay in Inverness a happy one.

What a find! Lovely house. Very contemporary. Clean and tidy. We had the double bedroom with en-suite shower room which was very comfortable. Very close to town - only a ten minute walk.

My only tiny suggestion would be to maybe put a speaker with some soft music playing in the breakfast room. Personally, I think that would make the space feel a bit more relaxed and help alleviate awkward silences.

My dad and I absolutely loved the charm of Eastdene House! It was the perfect spot to explore Inverness from. Laura, our host, is so welcoming and helpful. We both really enjoyed the full breakfast! Our room was cozy and clean and the location was perfect.
