Beautiful clean, bright and spacious room in an excellent location. Booking was for room only however breakfast cereals and milk were in the room along with tea & coffee etc.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 people. We stayed in the 2 room apartment which was lovely apart from the only toilet was in the bedroom, and the other bed was in the living area, it made it quite difficult as they had to come into our bedroom to use the toilet.

Wifi was not working well. The house needs maintenance: the table legs were broken, such that the table was not completely flat. Many of the curtains were damaged and were not closing properly.

The guesthouse is situated in a fantastic area with a view of the sea. It is very central and you can reach the city center, the train station and the bus station in 15 minutes (walking).

We were slow reading messages and didn't realise at first that we could get to our room even though no-one was in reception. Partly our fault

Parking was easy. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. The location was excellent, near the front and near to other facilities. People were very friendly and helpful. We will almost certainly return

The shower tray was slippery when used. Location was slightly further from the train station than expected.

The apartment was well equipped. Clean. Not far from city centre and bus / train station (approx 20 min walk ). View on the sea.. it is a welcoming house.

We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotlessly clean, neat, and incredibly cosy. The furnishings and decor are all fresh and new, which added to the comfort. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches at breakfast – the little treats were such a delight! This is by far the best guest house we’ve ever stayed in. If we ever come back to Penzance, we won’t think twice – we’ll definitely choose you again. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

It’s a beautiful, light filled room with sea views. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure. There is a great selection of cereals for breakfast and plenty of milk provided. It’s a great location for Penzance or Newlyn and we managed to get parking in front of the property. Highly recommend.

We were greeted very warmly by the lady who runs the Guest House, she gave us lots of information about our stay and recommended a restaurant for dinner which was greatly appreciated! Had an excellent selection of continental items for breakfast, plenty of glasses and crockery provided also. Location is 20 mins walk to the Train Station and close to the sea front. Great value and highly recommend.

Not a fan of wooden base beds, always end up catching a leg on it walking past. Could only open one window for fresh air.
