The lack of storage facilities in the room and the bathroom was so small

The location is excellent for all the attractions Liverpool has to offer. The breakfast is excellent, a very good selection of items cooked to perfection. The evening meals have a limited selection but are excellent value Great free parking

Small bathroom and shower, a bit like a cruise ship. Did us for 2 days though.

Free parking even before check in. Right on the banks of the mersey. Rooms clean. Breakfast available at extra cost. Evening meal available until 8.45 pm. Tea and coffee in our room. No stairs to climb as we were on the ground floor. Key card easy to use

Small bath room you can barely fit in No elevator, but the staff helped with the luggage up and down , it was nice of them, and you can pre arrange a ground floor room

Good Standard off room ,Fresh ,clean and tidy ,had all amenities required ,Free parking with-in a fence area at front off hotel ,Small restaurant and bar area with good range off food and drink offered at reasonable prices .Staff were friendly and welcoming and when ask were helpful and polite. Location is within 20 min walkaround the dock area to a main shopping and eating area . Breakfast is well worth the money , the quality and quantity is excellent with a good choice off continental or hot breakfast

It is near a busy road but earplugs are provided and double glazing windows worked a treat for a silent night sleep. Bathroom is a bit on small side but it’s functional and does the job.

Warm and friendly staff. Very clean. Great breakfast. Lovely views over Mersey. Relaxing lounge/bar area. Easy walking distance of main docks and activities (20 mins)

The bathroom was very small, a little more room for the shower would've been ideal but it wasn't a deal breaker, we'd still go again.

The free parking and location were great. Staff were lovely, bed comfortable, breakfast great.

My room faced the busy road. But i suppose you can specify if needed & earplugs were provided. Not much hanger space if using for 2 people more than a couple of nights.

Free parking. Clean room comfy bed. Resturant/bar on site & vending machine. 15 min walk to town centre/other tourist attractions.

The bathroom was extremely small. Whilst the in house menu was good it was limited.

The hotels location was fantastic, within walking distance of where we needed to go. Our enterprise car hire was just across the road making it very convenient for car return. Staff were exceptionally good.
