Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomCoach's for Cruises take up all the car park!!! Cannot get car parked due to the amount of coaches inthe the car park despite there being adequate coach parking in the services. Drives also out late talking in car parks then out from 5am in car parks talking loudly Rooms were too hot. Despite the weather being cooler. No fans provided in the hotel rooms and only have a small window cannot circulate air. Was cooler outside. Shower did not work properly
