The location was close to the tram and bus. The staff was very nice and polite, room was ready for us earlier as we needed and requested. Bed was comfortable.

On the first night there was only cold water in the bathroom but the staff sorted it out the next day. Towel had stains and hair. You need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Room was very quiet every night. Location was excellent, close to Haymarket and Lidl. Continental breakfast was adequate. Staff was helpful.

The room was quite small and felt cramped.

I really liked the location, as it's within walking distance of the city centre. There's a Lidl next to the accommodation, and several restaurants nearby as well. The street is quiet and traffic-free. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was very basic, but perfectly sufficient for my taste. I did miss having some peanut butter, though. I was really happy to be able to check in earlier than planned—it was raining quite a bit that day, so arriving to a warm, dry room was a relief. Yay!

The house was a little hard to find initially as it is in a dead end street and Google maps was unhelpful. It just took us a few minutes of back tracking. The room was small but comfortable.

The guest house was on a good bus route, with only a few minutes between buses which went to the centre of Edinburgh in about 10 minutes. There was a Lidl supermarket very close. The breakfast, whilst not a cooked breakfast, was excellent. In the room was a very comfortable couch. There were restaurants close by.

All was as advertised. Rooms were clean. I had the room with ensuite vathroom. I appreciated the coffee station. Breakfast was okay, variety of cereals, bread, some fresh fruit. Near Haymarket train station, but you can easily walk to the Old Town

It is a comfortable and quiet budget-friendly option in an expensive city so this isn't a fancy place to stay. For me it was ideal, but if you want a luxury stay then this would not be the place.

Great location for visiting the city. This was a brilliant option for me and within my budget so would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet bed.

TV was tiny. They should taste items in the fridge for freshness as an Oatly Barista was sour but was still there 4 days later.

Breakfast was OK. Close to bus and tram. Easy access to attractions and within walking distance of shops, good cafes and restaurants. Heating was adequate as it was cold. Checkout and checkin was flexible. Extra towel and pillows provided.

WiFi can get weak at times, but this wasn't super important for us. The bed is wobbly and squeaky. I'd rate the bed 4 out of 10.

Given how expensive Edinburgh accommodations can be, this gave us good value for money. We had continental breakfast included in the price. The location is good. There are 2 bus stops right around the corner and some very good restaurants/cafes near by. It's a 25-30 minute walk to Princess street, so quite nice! We enjoyed our 4 night stay.
