The only thing we didn’t like about the property was that it advertised a promotion after we had booked for a king room, we ended up upgrading and paid for it only to find out that the king room was just a bigger room, but the bed was still a double Sized bed. Personally, I felt scammed a little bit and provided the feedback to the staff that if they are going to advertise a king room, most people would expect that it would come with a king size bed, and so just be aware that a king room does not mean a king bed

We had such an incredible stay here! The staff are all super lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were visiting for an anniversary, and were delighted with a free room upgrade. We also got engaged during our trip (ahh!!) and when we mentioned this in the bar that night (asking our lovely waitress for help with taking some photos for us) we were given some complementary prosecco and a gorgeous congratulations dessert platter! We loved it and would happily stay again!

It's an hour bus ride to centre which I knew.

Lovely hotel and staff, breakfast was excellent. Very nice hotel, bar was a great place to chill. Good car parking, I had a big van which was restrictive elsewhere.

The mattress wasn’t comfortable & the hotel had an overpowering perfume smell.

It was a comfortable room with space to move around. We enjoyed dining at the hotel as well for breakfast & dinner. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

The hotel was very nice, clean and in a good location. The staff was excellent. The room was clean, well furnished and had a comfortable bed. The hotel has enough parking spaces for the car. There is a Tesco and a bus stop a short walk away from the hotel, which gives easy access to Edinburgh city centre.

Everything was great, pricy but a nice location, short drive to the station, works well if you’re planning to visit Edinburgh. Restaurant is good. Lovely interior.

I found the beds a little hard for my liking but slept ok.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast and spacious, nicely appointed rooms. I particularly appreciated the free shuttle to the airport as I wasn't expecting it. The driver, Craig, was friendly, very kind and a good conversationalist so the trip passed in no time.

Room was average size, however beds were comfy. Big problem was the lack of clothes storage, l had my clothes laid out on the unused desk.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Continental breakfast costs £9 and full breakfast costs £19. My wife and I tired the continental breakfast in the first day morning. But I found the choice of food is very limited and quality of food was only average.

The location is convenient for self driving. The car park is just next to the hotel and free of charge. The driving time from the hotel to the city centre takes about 40 min.

The room was spotless and the bed comfortable there was little noise from other guests coming and going which is a bonus, the location was easy to get to as we were using hotel as a base as there are plenty of good restaurants locally. we have eaten in hotel previously & it is very good but were trying out couple of new places. it also is a good base for Edinburgh with easy access to bus.

The wifi is inconsistent which made working in the hotel difficult.

The hotel is set in a great location which is convenient for Edinburgh but also within walking distance of South Queensferry which has great restaurants and views of the three big bridges.
