Central location and easy access

Very noisy outside. This was our second stay and room felt a bit tired and jaded

Good location. Room and deb very comfortable c clean facilities

The stairs are quite narrow and a little steep. Carting large luggage up and down again was tricky. I would have liked to have known earlier if there was a lift or been able to choose a lower-floor room.

Very clean. Excellent location

Very hot and stuffy. Fab was provided but very noisy. Needed window open but next to a busy road so that didn’t work. There was a night light by the door but it flashed on and off all night so got annoying.

Wi-Fi was available but connection was very poor in our room - we were out all day so this wasn’t much of a bother.

Brilliant stay again, very close to everything, super helpful staff who changed out attic room for a lower floor room as the attic room was very hot because of the weather, no fault of the hotel, we will be back again soon

Nothing, good stay!

The location was excellent.

The rooms were far too hot with no ventilation. Fans provided weren't enough to make the rooms bareable. Had to pay for parking which was not mentioned until I had made the booking.

Amazing location, Very comfortable room, the bath was very deep and could fit both of us in the tub, We will be definitely staying here again as we go to Lancaster every 2/3 weeks

Everything was good

Lovely stylish clean and comfortable room, easy check in, excellent communication before my stay, plenty of milk for teas and coffees.

It was really hot in the room although appreciate the weather was unusually hot. Maybe invest in some better fans - we had one but it was noisy and not that effective. Otherwise it was perfect.

Location was excellent, staff were all friendly and helpfull, room very clean.

We were in a heat spell and the room was very hot, with windows that could not be opened. Fortunately, a fan was provided to help a little but was too noisy for sleep. The stuffiness of the room was the only complaint but it is a big one.

Room was spotlessly clean & comfortable. Kitchen facilities was fine . Complementary coffee & biscuits. Large comfortable bed plenty of towels . Room was perfect !! Great location!!
