The stairs are quite narrow and a little steep. Carting large luggage up and down again was tricky. I would have liked to have known earlier if there was a lift or been able to choose a lower-floor room.

Brilliant stay again, very close to everything, super helpful staff who changed out attic room for a lower floor room as the attic room was very hot because of the weather, no fault of the hotel, we will be back again soon

The rooms were far too hot with no ventilation. Fans provided weren't enough to make the rooms bareable. Had to pay for parking which was not mentioned until I had made the booking.

It was really hot in the room although appreciate the weather was unusually hot. Maybe invest in some better fans - we had one but it was noisy and not that effective. Otherwise it was perfect.

The room was very warm and the windows wouldn't open. There was no air con and I couldn't see any extraction for the bathroom. However, there was a portable fan which helped.

Could of done with a fridge, as it's on a main road seriously loud traffic around 6am in the morning but thats not the hotels fault, it is what it is, other than that nothing to complain about, great location in the town centre.

Nice little hotel, nice decor, comfortable large double bed, bathroom in particular was really good, the bath was amazing really large got two of us in it easily.

The access was via metal steps from the car park - Not through the hotel. I don't think I would have liked this if travelling alone and if it was dark. We stayed in the summer.

The room was clean and attractive. There was a fridge in the room, ironing board, iron and hair dryer, which we didn't use but could be really useful. The coffee/tea tray was welcome. There were 2 beds made up as a super king bed and a separate single bed to the other side of the room. Because of the en suite wall by the super king bed, it was possible to have a little privacy while reading or resting on either bed. Good value and accessible to city centre for food.

Front windows could be frosted to ensure privacy

Check in was easy we were giving a one time access code. the room was comfy. If there was any downside I would say the property could really do with frosted glass windows at the front as it felt very invasive!! Unfortunately the fan wasn’t working and the coffee machine was leaking x

Woken by rainfall on skylight. No breakfast provided but easy to eat out.

Managed to store our 2 bikes at reception with arrival before 5pm. Helpful and friendly staff. Town centre location with cafe nearby for breakfast. Tea and coffee making in room. Good shower. Comfy beds.

Room - 3 floors up. A little too hot/humid - not enough ventilation. Checking in - lockbox is not protected from rain overhead - got soaked getting the room key.
