The room was very hot when we arrived. I was able to open a window and prop a fan on a small table to circulate air. After a few hours it was comfortable to sleep in.

Only down side I'd say was it was a bit snug in the bathroom and that there was no good ventilation in there (made going to the bathroom a little stuffy and clammy)

The room was very stylish and we were blown away by the presentation when we first arrived!! We also liked the option for use of a hob and kettle (we ourselves only used the kettle to make teas/coffee as we ate out most days and there were no cooking utensils/pots to cook with anyway)

Very little to dislike, but not the best location and the outside of the building is a bit scruffy. The main reason for marking down a bit is the cost. It wasn't cheap, but we went in late August,, for a gig at Murrayfield not the Fringe, and we all know that Edinburgh is very busy in August.

Lovey comfortable clean room with everything you need for a short stay. Close to Slateford Station and on a bus route. Plebty of ammineties close by too.Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like the cleanliness. There was visible mold in the shower, and a lot of dust under the bed and mattress. The shower was placed very close to the toilet with no partition, so after showering the entire bathroom floor got wet.

I liked that the accommodation is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The room was very peaceful — we couldn’t hear any traffic or noise from other guests. The price was quite reasonable. The room had coffee, tea, even cookies and creamers provided. There’s also a small terrace outside, which was a lovely touch.

Needed new blind/ proper curtain for privacy from the main road. New doona and pillows would be a bonus, not dirty just a bit flogged out. No cooking appliances /toaster.

Location - bus stop and supermarket nearby. Quiet at night. Easy communication with staff.

Very little thing. It would be better if we could use the stove to save money on food. But everything else is perfect.

Room 12 is nice, homey and warm. The facilities are good. Toiletries and towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with utensils. The location is superb. Less than an hour from Edinburgh and is near the bus stop. There is also Sainsburry nearby.

We were not allowed to cook there. It wasn’t an issue for us but the bathroom was private but had a shared window with the next room.

It was very wellconnected to the city and it had a good connection to ScotRail too. The room was a good size and we liked the easy self check-in and informatiom aboit check in ahead of time and very clearly.

Furniture was dated and bed was a small double. As it was only a 2 night stay it was OK.

Location for transport into Edinburgh was good. On the whole a good sized room for a short stay.

Not cleaned properly. Wifi drops out every 10 seconds. 🙁 Fan in bathroom not working. Shower does not drain adequately. Lights not working in bedroom.
