Bedroom was good but bed was against the wall and being 75 and 77 years of age with mobility problems it was difficult. They were advised ahead of time.

My partner didn’t think the bed was too comfy although I thought it was ok

The staff were friendly swimming pool my partner enjoyed. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast buffet- good value. Nice to sit in bar area in the evening

Although pre warned by the hotel, queue for check in was ridiculous. Thankfully bar was close by, so waited in there with a few drinks until queue was reasonable.

Although the hotel was very nice, the room was small and a bit basic. There was one woman on reception who was actually quite rude, unlike the other staff members who were all very nice.

The hotel was lovely. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities.

The desserts on offer at the buffet were of a poor quality..... The bedroom smelt strongly of damp and bleach on our arrival

The décor felt a bit dated, and while most of the staff were very nice, one kitchen staff member was particularly rude. When we asked for directions to a restaurant, they abruptly ended the conversation with impatience. I also reported that the coffee machine wasn’t working properly during breakfast, but was told dismissively that it was fine and to ‘just press.’ In reality, only very a few options were working — something I couldn’t have known. I was so upset but reminded 'we are on holiday'.

Most staff we met were so friendly and helpful. Great location for dog owners.

It was very busy and loud I guess that was to be expected considering the size of the hotel The first room we were given was very small and cramped and that was supposed to be an upgraded family room however we had to pay to upgrade again to a suite which was very nice.

Beds were awful, they were very small and the mattress needs the skip, room needs a revamp. Room had a radiator but heating did not work. Cold at times. Room had a damp smell. Shower tray filling with water, i.e. drain needing cleaned. Corridor carpets needing a good hoover.

Food very good especially at dinner. Excellent free Wi-Fi, and charging point for mobile phones. Staff in the dining room superb.

Bathroom was modern but no storage or counter space, nowhere to hang towels. Would think there’d be more hanging/drying space in a ski resort. Easy fixes. Bar food ok and prices ok. Breakfast expensive for family of 4 so didn’t try. We went once Scotland schools had returned but not sure I’d fancy it if it was any busier. Maybe instead of not cleaning during stay they could give the option to request cleans, especially for bins etc.

Location was amazing, close to so many attractions. Nice alpine feel to the comfortable lobby and bar, room dated but fine and comfortable and modern bathroom. Pool nice and clean. Plenty onsite to keep kids entertained too.

The pool changing room only allows under 8 changing in female changing room with parent, so we had to go around to a disabled changing room where we then had no locker for our clothes. The queue for check in was quite a wait too.

Loved the location and all the facilities surrounding it, close to Aviemore, nice play park for kids, nice clean comfy room if a bit small.

Rooms in annexe are dated, very small shower and hairdryer overheated. Big posters advertising pizzas in Woodshed Bar but they don’t do them on a Friday & Saturday.

No AC in the rooms, exceptionally hot day in Aviemore though to be fair.

Excellent, a wee bit of confusion at the entrance, signs said wait to be seated,but staff absolutely flat out so waited ages. Grabbed a seat instead and staff eventually caught up. Staff was great, just under staffed at peak time.

The room was far away from the reception as my friend was a blue badge holder with breathing difficulties, also the room was a double and a single but was very cramped with no room to walk about I kept stubbing my toe on the bed, also the walls were grubby in need of a paint.

No cash all card payments , lack of staff to accommodate areas .. Noticed people waiting to be served a lot .. I got a lot of emails ( Saying URGENT action required) to check in online yet when I rang the hotel they said it’s OK just to check in when you arrive ..Didn’t spoil our stay but dissatisfied…

A bit dated in some areas, breakfast wasn’t great value for money, not a lot of options and the cooked food was swimming in oil. More healthy options would have been good.

Buffet was excellent, however the breakfast was to a poorer standard than I remember some years ago. Plates were too small too.

Our room had a weird smell to it. It was small but we did choose the cheapest option so we got what we expected.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The more expensive rooms in the resort appear to be nice
