It would have been excellent if there was fan or air conditioner for the warm days. The heat wouldn't let us sleep most nights.

Wonderful Stay for Our Daughter's Graduation! We stayed at Coventry Homestay for 5 nights during our daughter's graduation, and had a great experience. The staff were excellent—very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect: just a 15-minute drive to the University of Warwick, right in the city centre, and directly opposite Pool Meadow Bus Station. The train station is also just 10 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby,Sainsbury literally next door Primark and the city mall are just a short walk away—super convenient! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

-The shower in the onsuite bathroom was too small - need more wine glasses -it needs to have a salt and pepper supplied in the kitchen - the beds could use newer mattresses and better pillows and extra blankets

The Uber drivers always found it difficult to locate the property entrance. Secondly, I was told that booking via bookings.com excluded house keeping (although the apartment was eventually cleaned). This should be stated at the point of booking to inform decision making.

I loved the central location and the proximity to Pool Meadow bus station. Very comfortable and secured apartment, recommended for family.

The shower cubicle in the master bedroom is a tight squeeze if you are a tall person.

The check-in instructions were simple and clear. We were able to collect the keys from the box easily. The apartment was spacious and had all possible amenities a family would require for a short stay. Location was ideal ... right next to the University, close to plenty of restaurants - Nandos, McDonalds, KFC, Greggs, etc. Sainsburys is a 3 minute walk and bus station is very close by. The town centre is a 5 minute walk with plenty of shopping and dining options. You can't beat the location of this apartment. Very convenient and we would highly recommend it for families visiting Coventry to drop off or visiting their children at the University.

The guide to tap the key for opening the door could have been more clearly mentioned as I had a problem checking in and had to give a call to sort it out.

The room was spacious and accommodated 4 people comfortably. The sofa and living room were comfortable for everyone. The kitchen had all the essentials needed for cooking a small meal and breakfast.

The Beddings were worn out and looking dirty and the apartment didn’t smell great to put it mildly, the towels look really bad, I eventually didn’t stay because of the state of the apartment. I’m still struggling to get a refund

The location is actually pretty uncomfortable, especially for a solo woman traveler. When I was leaving the apartment there was a drunk man in front of the apartment in the building's corridor yelling at me and leaving me absolutely terrified. Every night I did not feel safe entering the building and the building is not very well kept. At first, I was given the apartment which had a full garbage bin, horrible smell of the fridge and actually was not at all the apartment you can see in the picture, plus the heating was not working. I complained and I got transferred into a new apartment the next day, but this was still a horrible nuisance and stress. The apartment (the place where I stayed for the rest of my stay) is very cold and the heating is not sufficient but they scare you that if you go over a certain amount of heating usage you will be made to pay additionally - I have never ever been told that I will have to pay for electricity and especially this information being shared only once you arrive. The furniture is very old, the working space not really good and the bed not really comfortable, plus the hygiene of the apartment could definitely be better. I did not feel well to use kitchen appliance as they were all sticky and dirty. For such a high price, this is definitely not a satisfactory apartment - then again I am aware of the ridiculous housing prices in the UK. So lovely people, but really many improvements could be made for this price.

The host was really nice and helpful and when I had to change the apartment, they organized taking my luggage to the new place. There was a nice bouqet of flowers left in the new place, which was a nice touch. It is indeed close to the city center and the apartment is enormous.
