Our room was so hot and it was only 17 degrees that day, the fan provides no cool air unfortunately- maybe it had something to do with our room being so close to the spa? No soap or ample toiletries in our room, not really what you would expect for this rating and price sadly.

Not very clean carpet in the room Was absolutely disgusting didn’t seem to be hoovered in a while. The floors around the whole place seemed dirty in general, staff wasn’t sure about dinner times and very slow, hair in the coleslaw that came with the burger didn’t want to mention to cause a fuss that evening

The section of hotel where our room was located felt like a bit of an afterthought, and didn’t match the aesthetic of the main house. Having to pay extra to use the pool and spa facilities even though we were guests wasn’t ideal.

The grounds and older part of the hotel were stunning. The staff were fantastic (shout out to Amanda for helping us make our way into Omagh for shopping!) the hotel bar was delightful, with the cocktails and lovely music playing.

Restaurant staff. Unpleasant experience there were we were overlooked 3 times ref our meal order. Spoke to staff and we actually ended up eating out. Bathroom needed updating.

Clean, tidy and Spa was great. Room was nice, relaxed atmosphere. Gardens were beautiful and well kept. General & breakfast staff lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable.

In our room we received a 'welcome back' card for someone else which wasn't very professional and did not make us feel special especially for the price we paid. My dinner order was wrong and when I told staff they did not offer to change the dinner I received and instead just said sorry. There was no other cultery for breakfast other then the fork and knife first given.

I liked the spa, the room and the cocktails. Also liked the young girl singing at night.

2 jets in the jacuzzi in our bathroom dont work, not a complaint just to let you know. We where however very disappointed with the thermal suite. Some jets not working and the size does not accommodate 8 to 10 people to enjoy the relaxing time one would expect from a thermal suite. I booked these 2 days away to celebrate my husbands end of cancer treatment, hoping to enjoy the thermal suite and outside jacuzzi area. One was completely booked out and the other we used for 15 mins. No quiet area to relax and unwind in comfort and in the ambience of a thermal suite.

Loved our room 219. It was such a peaceful quiet space. Loved the view from the window.

Room was very far away, you had to go through multiple sets of double doors and it was setup as two single beds instead of one double bed.

Wonderful staff serving at the Wedding I attended. Kathleen from the banqueting service along with her team couldn’t have been anymore helpful attentive to our table.

Food was poor in line of fruit for breakfast. The food for the wedding dinner was hot but no flavour to anything. The greeting food was nice and tasty.

The breakfast - Had to wait multiple times for food coming out so you never got to have a full fry. And nobody came near you once you sat down so you had to find someone to order more tea and coffee. This is my only criticism as staff were very lovely, kind and smiling all the time

Loved our room, the comfortable pillows and the surrounding grounds. Staff were very friendly and informative. The building is beautiful and was decorated for halloween which was fab.
