Best breakfast buffet I've ever seen and you can order custom omellets to your liking. It was very quiet, did not hear any noise of any kind. Also very much appreciated the bottled water in the room. Great service at every request.

The location was great. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, though, because we would have had to pay for it. Most expensive hotels include breakfast.

Having to pay a lot extra for certain cooked breakfast dishes Air conditioning was too strong and I couldn't see how to adjust it but management did respond promptly and helpfully after I made them aware of the issue I couldn't work out how to ensure that the clock display was illuminated

You pay extra to enter the lounge, but the variety of food/canapas in the afternoon and evening is quite poor. On breakfast, there is nothing to think about go only to the dining room, so then the question is why to pay extra for the lounge.....pity

We visited the Pew once. The preparation of the food was inventive and well executed, however, one of the pieces of beef in my meal was virtually inedible due to the sinew. The matter d’ and wine steward while efficient were somewhat pretentious. The wait staff was very good.

The room was very well appointed and very comfortable with everything we needed. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, especially with their turn down service. The staff were all very talented, helpful and kind, especially Luvia, John, and Anna in the Hedgerow bar. The Pub offered delicious food and drinks and catered to hotel occupants. The concierge and front desk staff were all also very helpful and friendly.

This was our 3rd stay We stayed in an Executive Club Room which was perfect The Club Lounge is spacious with friendly attentive staff We arrived around 9am after 36 hours of travel from New Zealand to find our room was ready to check in! So amazing! Excellent location with the Circle Line over the road We easily walked to Houses of Parliament up to Trafalgar Square then down the Mall to Buckingham Palace Then used either a bus or the tube

the service staff offering the turn down service were prompt and courteous, but the inability to communicate in English made it difficult to ask for what we needed.

A nourishing breakfast with hot and cold options, great staff who attended to us and enjoyed the amenities and the location was excellent to move around London with minimum disruption.
