United KingdomAccess to the rooms on a busy Saturday night was a bit awkward for someone travelling on their own. Music was loud but it was switched off at the time they promised it would be. I am not a fan of sharing bathrooms with other guests and realised this at the time of booking but that is my fault. The room was comfortable. There were tea & coffee making facilities but no spoons. The kettle cable didn't reach the plug socket so had to balance the kettle precariously on a stool to make a cuppa. Other than that, had a great night sleep!!!

United KingdomShank in the room + smell in the room+ nobody came to ask for services no hospitality the other bad thing is the rooms are on the first floor of this pub so the guests need to walk through all the people in the pub and last but not the least when my brother came down while he was leaving the guys their start taunting and abusing which was really very embarrasing for us. Not a good choice for asian or other race tourists, visitors . 3/10.

Great location, free on-street parking, lovely staff at check-in. We used our room literally to sleep in as we were attending an event at the Witham nearby, and it met our needs.

United KingdomMy bedroom although I had been up graded due to renovations at no extra price there were no bedside lamps, the window was wide open and I was unable to shut it. There was a kettle on the floor, teabags etc but no mugs/cups. Two very spacious chest of drawers but no facility to hang jackets etc.The bed was clean and comfortable.
